'When I arrived even after calling the Thunderbird directly a few days earlier to confirm the room I was told yes, your room is confirmed. When i arrived the room # 2 which one of the family members told me was my room was taken. Another renter stated he was removed from rm 33 the prior day. Turns out the AC was not working. 'Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!'

'There’s not a lot of great motels/hotels in Seaside. I was looking for a good place for my parents after reading some reviews on the Sea palace I booked it for them. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and Ac was great for 100 degree days. And the location is great and within walking distance to boardwalk and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place.'

'Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again.'

'Pool was great and location is amazing. You do get a parking spot but they are really tight and inches next to other cars. It works out in the end but a little stressful. Rooms were pretty big though ! And the air conditioning worked great !'

'Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....
