'It’s an older establishment with unique decor! Group of stone houses, nestled in a mountainous area, very relaxing and peaceful! Spacious room with necessary amenities. Balconies to sit and gaze the view. We only stayed one night. I would think it’s more of a winter accommodation but definitely provides coolness’s for the heat of the summer as well.'
'This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect.
However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like...
'Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, a lovely room and great food (we had the LUXME package). The highlight for us was the Hot Stone Restaurant.
The pools, spa and beach were all fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The waterpark is separate for the children, which is great, and there is also horse riding available.
We have been coming here for three years in a row and we will definitely come back again!'
