'The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero.'

'There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. '

'This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. 'We were on the first floor, and until our third night all was fine. Then a very energetic family was above us and the floor creaked badly as the children jumped around. And maybe a dog was scratching because there was a thumping. We couldn’t sleep until they finally went to bed at midnight. '

'Dit is een prettig hotel, niet al te groot en zeer fijne bedden. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het is de 2e keer dat ik in dit hotel verbleven heb en het bevalt prima. Op steenworp afstand ligt het stadje waar enkele restaurants te vinden te zijn. Het stadje op zich is rustig.Mooie omgeving.'

'Goed en net hotel. Wel een beetje ouderwets. Ligt vlak tegen het centrum van Concord, dus alles is te lopen. Vlak bij de grote wegen. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Grote TV voor alle zenders. Restaurant ligt tegen hotel aan, dus binnendoor te bereiken. Zwembad, bubbelbad en sauna zijn prettig.'
