'Family of 5 with 3 college age kids. This property was just as advertised. It is clean and simple but nice. Property has 2studio apartments and a rooftop terrace. No hammocks as in pics. The 3 kids took the downstairs floor with two beds and my husband and I took the second floor. No air conditioning but not needed with the ceiling fans and screened windows opened. 'This property is absolutely amazing. Awesome views of the volcano and lake and the landscape surrounding. It is absolutely beautiful. It sits high on a hill without any close neighbors. The area is super as well. Close to restaurants and all the excursions and hot Springs, etc. Some items did not work, however or needed repair. We found plumbing leaks. The safes didn’t work the grill needed repair and it could use a washer and dryer. But otherwise we had a wonderful day.'

'We had a great stay with 4 guests. The property is about an easy 10-15 minute drive from La fortuna. We found the layout of the home to be very enjoyable. The host was very accommodating with some last minute scheduling changes we had due to issues with our flight. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. '
