We’re excited to welcome you to our cozy and inviting two-level townhome! Featuring two comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this space is ideal for travelers looking for a relaxing place to stay—whether for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or an extended stay. Our home is designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a few extra touches to help you settle in and feel right at home.
Downstairs
As soon as you walk in, you’ll notice the clean and modern feel of the cool-toned hardwood floors that run throughout the entire downstairs area. These floors not only add a stylish look to the space, but they also keep things cool and easy to clean. You’ll feel the open and airy vibe the moment you step inside.
The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials for cooking at home. Whether you want to whip up a simple and quick breakfast, enjoy a relaxing lunch in, or prepare a full dinner, the basics are all here—including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and essential appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There’s even a coffee maker so you can start your mornings off right with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the living area, a cozy space perfect for unwinding. There’s a bar-top dining table that seats two, great for enjoying meals, getting some work done, or just hanging out. The sofa in the living room is comfy and a great spot to kick back and relax after a busy day.
You’ll also find a Roku TV in the living room, giving you access to all your favorite streaming services. Just log in using your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or whatever you love to watch. Whether you’re winding down for the night or just enjoying a lazy afternoon, it’s easy to relax with your favorite shows or movies.
To make things even more convenient, there’s a half bathroom downstairs. It's ideal for quick bathroom trips during the day and super handy if you’re hosting guests while you’re here. You won’t have to run upstairs every time you need a restroom—just one of those small touches that makes a big difference.
Patio
Step outside through the back door and you’ll find a private patio area, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. Whether you want to sip your morning coffee outside, catch up on emails in the open air, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine, this outdoor space is here for you.
If you’re a smoker, we kindly ask that all smoking be done only on the patio. We appreciate your help in keeping the inside of the home fresh for all guests. Please make sure to fully extinguish and properly dispose of any cigarette butts—thank you for your consideration!
Upstairs
Head upstairs to find two nicely sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged to give you a quiet and restful retreat. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with clean, soft linens and comfortable mattresses to help you get a good night’s sleep.
The plush carpet upstairs adds a soft touch underfoot and keeps the bedrooms feeling warm and cozy. There’s also plenty of closet and drawer space in each room, so you can fully unpack and make yourself at home, whether you're staying for a few days or a few weeks.
Both bedrooms also come with their own Roku smart TVs, just like downstairs. That means everyone can enjoy their favorite content without needing to share a screen. You can binge-watch your latest series in bed, stream your favorite movies, or just have something on in the background as you wind down.
The full bathroom is also located upstairs, and it’s cleaned thoroughly between every stay to ensure a fresh, spotless space for each guest. You'll have access to hot water, clean towels and washcloths, and bathroom basics to get you started. The shower and tub combo gives you options whether you prefer a quick rinse or a long soak at the end of the day.

Our home is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before each guest arrives, with special attention given to high-touch areas like remote controls, light switches, door handles, and countertops. We use quality cleaning products and follow recommended cleaning procedures to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for everyone.
