'This was our first time staying in Pendleton at this hotel. We were in town for a music festival. The location of this hotel was substantially far from the action downtown. If you are flying the location is perfect as it sits next to the airport. Much to our disappointment the hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the music venue and Uber in this small town was almost not a thing. However; the manager Brenda was awesome and offered to run us back and forth so we could enjoy some beverages...

'The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. 'When I booked the room, I wanted to call the hotel to make sure we had a ground floor room. It took over an hour trying to reach the motel. The phone number on their website said it was not connected, the other help lines were located in Nee York and Los Angeles.
