Beach house with barbecue

Welcome to Ipê Eco Village! Exclusive chalet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the smaller bedroom is attached to the suite (accessible from the bedroom). The house has a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, pots, pan, and other utensils. The accommodation has a balcony with a barbecue. A secluded and peaceful location facing nature! The 2 larger bedrooms have air conditioning, and the smaller one has a fan. We provide pillows and bed linens and towels. The space: The ideal place for your family to rest in peace and comfort, surrounded by nature and the natural beauty of the region. We are located in a family-friendly condominium, with other houses and a guesthouse, on a large plot of land surrounded by trees. The property has a mini-trail for hiking and a viewpoint overlooking Armação do Itapocorói - a haven for artisanal fishermen. Guests have access to a shared laundry room in the building opposite the house (30 meters). One washing machine is allowed, once a day. Other observations Important Information! The voltage of the outlets in Santa Catarina is 220v. We provide pillows and bed and bath linens. (1 set per stay - for longer stays please consult). We kindly ask you to bring extra towels for the beach. The use of the accommodation towels outside the apartments is not permitted. For cold weather, we provide microfiber duvets and blankets; the suite has air conditioning in heating mode. However, depending on sensitivity, it's a good idea to bring some blankets to be sure.
