'I really liked this property. The rooms were really nice and clean. Only problem was the outrageous storm so there was a power outage. Wish they had a backup generator so we didn’t have to leave a day early. '

They have a common room with plates and silverware all day long, they give a ton of towels in your room, there’s 2 person sauna, hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, games, and a couple fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating outside. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.'

'The Birchwood Lodge was a nice choice for staying in sister Bay Wisconsin. We enjoyed the spacious room our room overlooked the pool on the second floor and there is also plenty of other amenities available on property. We would stay here again.'

'Very walkable location to restaurants, shopping and beach in Fish Creek. Staff are wonderful and room was extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Icing on the cake, they have both indoor and outdoor pools! Bathroom was great but a bit small.

'Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...
