Our house is located in the heart of the walled city of Peñíscola, just 5 minutes' walk from the beach, the fishing port and the Puerta del Castillo. 





Located in the fashionable area, surrounded by good restaurants; You will stay in a small independent boutique apartment in Peñíscola, comfortable and soulful, perfect for a couple. 





It's ideal both if you want to visit a wonderful Mediterranean town... and if you want to work remotely, since we have high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. 




About the space 





The boutique apartment is in the epicenter of Peñiscola, within the spectacular walls that served as the setting for Game of Thrones, the most picturesque and authentic area of ​​the city and which makes it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. 





This house has belonged to my family for several generations, so it is very special to me. 





After the painstaking rehabilitation and providing it with quality facilities, we have tried to preserve the authenticity and soul to share with our guests the simple luxury of living on our Mediterranean. 





The boutique apartment is inserted in a typical Mediterranean house, so it does not have a lift and is not ideal for people with mobility problems or babies. 





The small boutique apartment, 35 m2, with maximum capacity for 2 guests, has the following spaces: 





- Bedroom with large double queen bed (150 x 200), to guarantee a good rest, LED lights, with sea views and exit to the outside terrace. 


The space has 2 reading lamps and a wardrobe with mirror. 





- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge, toaster...) and kitchen utensils. 


It has the basic condiments for cooking, as well as tea, complimentary jams and infusions. 


There is also kitchen paper, cloth, detergent and scouring pad to wash the dishes, thus avoiding the inconvenience and cost of making this basic purchase. 





- Dining room with table, comfortable wicker armchairs, flat screen TV and access to the outside balcony facing Calle Mayor, a very picturesque area, with 2 chairs to sit and enjoy the atmosphere from the balcony. 





-Storage area with large additional wardrobe to conveniently store luggage. 





- Bathroom with shower tray, hydromassage column and screen, for a restorative bath. 


Toiletries are provided, such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and hair dryer.


We provide bed linen and two towels (bath and hand towels) per guest. For longer stays, we clean and change all bed linen twice a week at no extra cost.

We offer free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely.

The boutique apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (3000 BTU) and heating, ensuring a very comfortable stay in both winter and summer.

Amenities and common areas
The house boasts a spectacular rooftop solarium terrace with views of the sea, the fishing port, the Castle, and the Sierra de Irta mountain range.

This spacious area contains only two tables with chairs, each exclusively for one apartment.

You're sure to enjoy the spectacular sea views from this breathtaking vantage point!

On the spectacular chill-out terrace, we also have a laundry area with a sink, clothesline, washing machine, fabric softener, and laundry powder—everything you need to do your laundry will be available to you free of charge.

Other noteworthy aspects: 
There is no parking within the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone. Therefore, if you are traveling by car, you will need to park at the foot of the walls. There is free parking in the low season, but in the high season, there is paid parking (affordable prices).

The advantage of staying at my house is that, once settled in, you won't need to move your car, as we are right in the city center.
If you have luggage, we will arrange for your car to be allowed access to the house for loading and unloading. For this, we will need your license plate number 72 hours in advance.
The access code to obtain the keys (key box on the door) will be provided once the registration form is completed and the accommodation is ready for the arrival of the new guests, i.e., always on the day of arrival.
