Aanrader voor herhaling vatbaar.
Mooi en rustig gelegen,huisje was voor ons goed uitgerust,zwembad is onmisbaar bij de hoge temperaturen,enig minpunt: in de advertentie stond de prijs in euro maar we moesten wel in Britse ponden betalen wat transactiekosten met zich meebrengt dit mocht wel gemeld worden in de advertentie.

Petite villa pour 6 personnes
villa confortable mais des points négatifs : chambre "buanderie" sans fenetre avec mini douche et lave-main 4 chaises pour l'interieur et 4 pour l'extérieur ! piscine sans bains à remous( annoncée) et literie de la chambre buanderie non preparée à notre arrivée....donc ne correspond pas totalement au descriptif

Séjour
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour . La maison est très bien placée , sur les hauteurs de la ville . Véhicule indispensable . Criques à proximité. Il faut préciser car la photo ne correspond pas, mais la 3 ieme chambre comporte un grand lit et surtout la clim . Il ne manque rien dans la maison . Nous avons eu un souci avec le wifi mais le problème a été résolu aussitôt . La proximité des voisins fait que nous entendons tout ce qui se dit … sauf si vous avez la chance d avoir des voisins discrets .. J’aurais aimé avoir des infos sur la localisation du boîtier pour récupérer les clés car nous l’avons cherché un long moment . Je mettrai un bémol concernant le ménage qui est fait en surface . Je recommande cette location .

Coqueta villa para descansar al sol
Una villa para cuatro adultos con niños, muy tranquila al estar en las afueras, confortable y cómoda . La piscina no es muy grande pero es muy funcional y nos ha alegrado la estancia . Camas muy cómodas. Imprescindible coche para moverte por la zona, no está comunicada con transporte público.

Très bon emplacement
La villa est située dans le quartier très sympa de Monte Pichells à 5 minutes en voiture du centre historique de Peniscola. Très bon contact avec Rhonda, livret d'accueil transmis à l'avance très complet. Nous récupérons les clés dans un petit boitier sécurisé à l'entrée de la maison, très pratique. Idem pour le départ. Pour arriver à Monte Pichells, à partir du centre, nous longeons la route en bord de mer qui mène aussi au parc naturel de la sierra Irta. Maison bien équipée, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, climatisation qui fonctionne très bien, silencieuse, particulièrement indispensable cet année où les températures sont restées très élevées. Lits confortables, la chambre séparée est top pour les adolescents. Piscine très sympa, bonne taille. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances au soleil. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir nous rendre sur la playa Norte et dans la citadelle en 5 minutes en voiture seulement. Les parkings sont majoritairement payants à Peniscola mais le prix est abordable. Nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer rapidement dans le parking qui relie la playa Sud et la playa Nord et qui se trouve donc au pied de la citadelle et des plages, il suffit d'attendre 5 minutes qu'une place se libère. La ville historique est magnifique, vivante, on ne s'en lasse pas, la playa Nord très belle, vue sur la citadelle, elle est aussi très construite, mais cela n'enlève rien au fait que ce soit une superbe plage, sable fin, eau très propre, plage très propre, très adaptée aux enfants, car il n'y a aucune pente et nous avons pied très loin, le top, il y a du monde certes mais toujours de la place. La plage fait 5 km de long... Le sable est cependant plus fin côté citadelle, un peu moins après les hôtels Papa Luna. Beaucoup de supers restaurants aussi pour tous les goûts et tous les prix. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons certainement.

Sommerferie 2022
Vi havde booket vores ophold i efteråret 2021, nem og simpel booking - rigtig god dialog med udlejer helt frem til ankomsten og under opholdet. Vi havde fået at vide at vi først kunne tjekke ind kl 15.00 da boligen først skulle rengøres, vi ankommer kl.16.00, da vi træder ind af døren er jeg ved at falde ned af trappen fordi der ligger blankt vand på gulvet, både på trappen og i hele entren, efter deres gulvvask. Vi må straks tørre gulvet efter med tørre klude, så vi kan komme helt ind i boligen. I forhold til rengøreningen så måtte vi rense gulvafløbet i brusenichen, da vandet løb over og ud på hele badeværelset gulvet, ligeledes lå der et smadderet glas under sofaen i stuen, så tænker at i må have en lille snak med jeres rengøringsselskab. Døren til soveværelset er ekstrem skæv og kan kun lukkes ved voldsom kraft 😉 Alt i alt er den en rigtig fin bolig. Rigtig god placering der er masser af privatliv og fred. Selve byen, er rodet, man skal køre rundt i 30-45 min for at finde en p-plads når man skal ned og spise i byen, kan Max parkere 110 minutter, før man igen skal købe en p-billet. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen, hvis boligen lå i en anden by. Mange hilser fra Lars og familie ❤️

Schönes Haus in der Nähe vom castillo
Castillo ist zu Fuß in 25 min. Zu erreichen, sonst eher Auto, parkplatzsuche ist schwierig aber bezahlbar. Das Haus ist eher klein, es ist aber sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Durch die ummauerung des Gartens kommt eher wenig Luft in den Garten und es wärmt sich stark auf. Was negativ aufgefallen ist, das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man bekommt ALLES mit was im Nachbar Haus passiert. 😉 Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Mit 6 Erwachsenen aber zu klein. Für 2 Pärchen perfekt. LG Dominique

Beheizbarer Pool ist eine tolle Sache
Angenehme Wohnsituation für 4 Personen mit einem Kind! Alles (Geschirr, Sitzplätze etc...) in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. Der Meerblick war allerdings nicht auszumachen!

La casa es tal cual la anuncian. Está lo suficientemente lejos del bullicio y cerca de la playa. Completamente equipada tanto en el interior cocina, baño...como en el exterior tumbonas, hinchables.... Algo fundamental para un buen descanso el colchón, magnífico. Y muy importante que estás apoyado por la inmobiliaria Drayza, unos mágnificos profesionales.

séjour hyper agréable
Belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de gout, très bien entretenue avec tout le confort nécessaire, la piscine est hyper agréable avec une température de l'eau idéale. Seul bémol, le grill qui semble ancien et fragilisé par l'utilisation. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé de peur de le détérioré lors du nettoyage, une plancha aurait été plus adapté pour les grillades. Emplacement idéal pour le calme et la proximité des diverses criques.

A well presented villa with a lovely pool, ideal for families.
Villa Meursault is a well presented villa with a private secluded heated pool. The air conditioned interior is furnished with new modern furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped. My family and I had a fantastic week staying at Villa Meursault with the children enjoying the pool. The villa is situated in a quiet area just outside the centre of Peñíscola and we had no problem walking or using the local bus to get there. Rhonda the owner of the villa was really helpful and replied promptly to any queries I had regarding the villa and also offered recommendations on local restaurants and attractions in Peñíscola before we travelled.
