Our cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. We provide a light first morning breakfast for our guests. Fully stocked kitchen,with microwave- all you'll need to prepare a special meal. Outdoor grill and picnic area on large shaded lawn. Fire pit with additional seating and backyard lighting . Firewood is provided Kayaks and canoes can be delivered to the cottage. Great biking area. There are bus and limo services available for wine tours and events. A short walk will take you to the shore of Lake Seneca. The cottage is in close proximity to two local colleges- Hobart William Smith in Geneva and Keuka College in Keuka Park, just outside Penn Yan Village. Great location for college visits, parent's weekend,homecoming, athletic events and graduation as well as other college activities.

Christine and Joseph’s house was just as described. The firepit was ready to use with wood, cardboard, and fire starter, which was such a nice touch. Christine left cookies & milk for breakfast and the grill was clean and ready to go. We appreciated that there was no extra charge for using the firepit or grill. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was neat and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at HWS. It was quiet and convenient - just what we needed. My wife enjoyed walking down the road to the oak and enjoying the views.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Seneca lake area. The address may be Penn Yan but it was closer to Seneca lake than Keuka. Were welcomed with fresh cookies! Enjoyed the fire pit outside, with perfect trees for hammocks. Christine provided local recommendations which were great! The small bathroom sink counter space made for some challenges, especially with 6 people. All that said, would book again!

The home was just as we had hoped. It was incredibly clean with instructions throughout the house that we never had to wonder. Due to the water not being like home, there were helpful notes placed in the house. The beds were incredibly comfortable to! It is located between so many towns that hosted a ton of things to do and only a short walk to Lake Seneca! The home owners came over for a meet and greet and were the nicest people! They allowed my kids to see the horses, buggies and gave us their favorite suggestions to the surrounding area. 5 stars isn't enough for the warmth we felt staying here!
