Dit is een heerlijk modern jaar rond cottage - onlangs bijgewerkt en opnieuw ingericht. Grote moderne keuken en badkamer met inloopdouche. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk queensize bedden. Grote woonkamer met eethoek en geweldig uitzicht op het meer via twee glazen schuifdeuren naar het volledige terras met uitzicht op het meer. Er is een nieuwe queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer, samen met nieuwe grote smart-tv. Kabelprogrammering en snel draadloos internet. Zeer mooie hot tub. Houtskoolgrill en vuurplaats buiten. Zeer mooie tuin en strand voorgevel, samen met dock. Heerlijk gedecoreerd. Goed onderhouden en uitzonderlijk schoon. Kajaks en fietsen te huur voor $ 25 / dag / item - geleverd aan cottage. Verhuur omvat onze Wine Trail Card - goed voor gratis wijnproeverijen en kortingen op aankopen.
Ter info: omdat het annuleringsbeleid van Homelandway niet overeenkomt met dat van ons, willen wij u adviseren dat annulering tot één maand voor uw aankomstdatum is. The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend !

Great Template House

We had a nice relaxing stay at the property. The hot tub is a necessity and made this place stand out. Cute decor and set up as we arrived which was a nice touch.My main critiques lie within the really easy upgrades that there could be to make the comfortability more complete. The shower head is a glorified water spicket that just shoots water at you (not ideal if you want to take a relaxing shower). The only couch in the living room is pretty rough. It’s a pull out which I understand to make more room for people, but it really hits at the comfort that is desired when you want to just settle down and watch a movie after enjoying dinner or the hot tub. Updating those 2 things seems incredibly easy to me, cheap, and would have immediate payoff. No complaints anywhere else, just shy of ideal.

Great Place!

We were here celebrating a birthday. The primary need was for a hot tub and that was fulfilled great. The hot tub was clean, fully operational and easy to use. The house was exactly as advertised and pictured. Great location near wineries and breweries. We loved Abandon Brewery, it was a bit further out but had the feel of a local dive but the beer and food were great. Thanks to the Hokes for hosting!

We had lovely week at this cute little house. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to create a nice meal. The hottub was welcomimg after a long day of hiking. The location was in close proximity to the wineries and trails.

Quaint & Clean Cottage

A great cottage overlooking Seneca Lake. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful back deck with great views, we watched local Osprey on the hunt for fish every night. Some stairs lead to a dock with a ladder to the water. The lake is spring fed and very clear to at least 4 feet. Has a hot tub and charcoal grill. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was exactly what we were looking for!! Perfect place to spend my birthday! SPECTACULAR LAKE VIEW! They let us bring our boat - so thankful!! We LOVED sitting on the dock, just enjoying the sun/breeze/water! The house had everything we needed! the lay out makes it feel spacious, and cozy at the same time!! Nice size deck and hot tub - checks so many boxes!! We felt so relaxed - like we were a million miles away! thank you for sharing! i hope we can come back!

So Adorable!

This is an adorable house. The photos posted do not do it justice. Loved it even more upon entering. Location was perfect. The view of the lake was beautiful. Since the reservations made last minute, it meant no refund. Unfortunately, we had an emergency that needed attending to. Instead of cancelling, I decided to go it alone with just my two fur babies. Very glad I did! We had a very relaxing and peaceful weekend! Wish I could've stayed longer. The weekend was just not long enough. Your home is full of warmth, very inviting and charming. Thank you!

Fantastic house on the lake!

Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to great nearby wineries, and to all the shopping and restaurants in Geneva. The house is well-appointed and cozy. The big-screen TV is perfect, and the wifi signal is great for streaming entertainment. We loved this house and will look for it again on future trips up to Seneca Lake!
