Conveniently located right on the property of Fox Run Vineyards, you will be fully immersed in the beauty of Finger Lakes wine country. This property is surrounded by vineyards and Seneca Lake views and just steps away from the winery where you can do a wine tasting, have lunch in the Café, attend events and learn more about Fox Run's history. The Vineyard House at Fox Run Vineyard is a place where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time with your favorite people.

Spectacular architectural designs span the length of this home; promoting a sense of peace and tranquility. Both comfort and charm greet you every way you turn in this classic and unique vineyard home which was built in 1870.

Entering into this charming home; the expansive kitchen with white cabinetry and Corian stone counter tops greet you. This well-appointed kitchen is truly a chef's paradise; offering everything you'll need and more to prepare your favorite meals. A trip to a local roadside stand or farmers market to purchase local produce; accompanied by a visit to Fox Run Vineyards next door to purchase some of your new favorite Finger Lakes wine - will have you truly tasting the Finger Lakes at meal time!

Casual seating is offered at a kitchen dine-in table set for four, or at the oversized island bar seating area. Or, take your friends and family into the formal dining area and enjoy your meal family style at the custom-built redwood table. History buffs and wine connoisseurs will appreciate knowing the table they're sitting at is handmade using the wood from a large wine barrel; previously located on the Fox Run property.

Two sitting areas are yours to choose from on the entry level of this large home. The first sitting area is just off the dining room and offers an airy feel blended with mix of vintage and modern décor. The second sitting area is just across the hall from the first. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa converts into a bedroom space at night and a tall pocket door allows for privacy while sleeping.

Down the hall, the first of the five bedrooms is introduced. Each bedroom offers a unique fox-themed design. Choose from the Red Fox Room (on the entry level), the White Fox Room, the Green Fox Room, the Blue Fox Room and the Pink Fox Room. Upstairs, the Green and White Fox rooms both serve as primary bedrooms with king beds and flat screen TV's. The White Fox room offers an additional ensuite bathroom with a stand-up tile shower. Whether your view is of the lake, or the vineyard; sweet dreams await you as each bedroom has been designed with your comfort and luxury in mind.

Outside, the picturesque vineyard surroundings can be enjoyed on the brick patio. The table to the northern area of the patio offers a view of beautiful Seneca Lake as well. Your group of friends and family will love spending time together on the patio; just as the owners of the winery previously did! A custom-built fire pit allows for making s'mores while watching the sun set over the vineyard.

A 10-minute drive will have you in Downtown Geneva or Penn Yan where you will have a variety of local cuisine and activities available. Note: The Vineyard House at Fox Run Vineyards is on-site of a working vineyard and winery. Guests are asked to please refrain from walking in the vineyards, and from eating grapes off the vines at any time during their stay.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
