'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'What a wonderful property! Such timeless beauty well kept and preserved. My only dislike was staff being in the ballroom watching movies and slamming the door on us when we were looking around. Understandable if we were not allowed to go in there, just rather rude to not even acknowledge us and then quickly shut the door on us while we were standing there, then hear them laughing. Right before this a young man came loudly into the front foyer to fetch a long table (seemed annoyed the whole time)...
