'We had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. The property has plenty of amenities and is in close proximity to a lot of entertainment. '

'Loved our stay here! Loved how each of us had our own space. The Master bedroom with 1/2 bath & access to back porch was perfect!! We spent a lot of time there at the end of our days. The grass had too many grasshoppers, so we stayed on the concrete. No biggie. We tried to play the go gator game, but found it broken. It needs replaced. Having the laundry room was a great plus! 'Perfect get away a short distance from Manitou. Beautiful mountains. The cottage had everything we needed, quiet, clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend!'

'The title of this listing was completely accurate! It is a serene and calm backyard surrounded by tall trees, greenery and wild life (some deer and wild turkeys). Was nice to enjoy the patio and we weren’t bothered at all by upstairs owners. Sounds were minimal. Beds were comfortable, clean and pillows were soft. We went to the zoo which was a 10 minute drive including the Broadmoor arena for an event. Great location altogether. Worked perfectly for my son and I. Thank you to our hosts!'

Supplies you don’t normally see in a short term rental were in abundance. Linne, the host, is a delight to deal with and very accommodating. Best VRBO we have ever used (honestly).'

"It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property. If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard. With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back. "
