'Great price and location! The property is almost next door to garden of the gods and has a river running directly behind the cabins. Very cozy and cute updated cabin with a fully stocked kitchen for making your own meals. Pet friendly with plenty of space for potty walks, also, the very reasonable one time $30 pet fee covers all animals for the whole length of your stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 'We had the very cute cabin 4. Perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the Comfy bed. The cabin was minimal but everything you need. The property is beautiful and has lovely seating areas to relax. It’s 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and there’s plenty of places to eat and shop near by. Highly recommend this quaint place for an economic place to stay. '

'Wonderful stay with beautiful views. The sound of the creek was instantly relaxing. Great location near plenty of restaurants, hikes & attractions. Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience!'

'Aspen Valley Hideaway is a very special place. The cabin is nestled on a beautiful hillside surrounded by trees and wildlife. 'A wonderful place…Host was great and it is close to everything you would want to do..Wish we had more time to stay..If you come to Colorado Springs this is the place to stay we will be back soon..Check in was easy and the host was wonderful..We just loved the neighborhood and like i said it is close to everything..The bed is to die for it was so comfortable..Would give more than 5 stars if i could..'

'This house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was located closely to Old Colorado City which had a bunch of shops and restaurants and was just down the street from Garden of the Gods. The only downside was that we were there on the hottest day of the year and there were AC units in the bedrooms but not the main living area and it got very hot. '

"It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon, front-desk informed us that nok room was available, except for a suite that would be way more expensive. When being overbooked, you expect a hotel to offer the suite at the same rate as the originally booked room. This did not happen, even not after talking to the front-office manager. It’s such a shame for such a beautiful property. If you charge the rates of a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, then you should also deliver this service standard. With more care, better trained and professional employees and by going above and beyond this can be a great place, but based on our experience we will never come back. "
