Heb je gedroomd van een bezoek aan het paradijs? Kom en verblijf in "Casa Blanca" de hoek veel is stappen van het witte zand en het blauwe water van Pensacola Beach. Deze twee verdiepingen tellende huis heeft 4 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers en slaapt 12. Er is een grote garage voor al uw strandspeelgoed en er is een tafeltennistafel. Beneden heeft een overdekt feestgedeelte met extra zitplaatsen, grote eettafel, automatische feestverlichting, Weber-gasgrill en een koelkast in de garage. Een nieuwe grote privé douche met H / C water is toegevoegd op de begane grond. Het gedeeltelijk overdekte hoofddek is een geweldige plek om te ontspannen en de zonsondergang te bekijken. Deze hoek veel huis heeft speciale toegang tot het strand en ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand!

Very close to beach and house was very clean. Great place to hang out by the garage with plenty of beach toys for the kids and beach equipment. Could use some updated and larger TVs in the bedrooms but overall would recommend this property to a friend.

Great week at the beach

Communication with Jonathan was excellent. We throughly enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk on a sidewalk. All the extras that were in the garage were very helpful. We brought a beach wagon but we ended up using the one in the garage, it pulled better in the sand with the larger wheels. All the bikes were great too since we had family staying 2 blocks down the street. The outdoor shower was perfect! Could the house use some updates, sure but that’s not why we were there. The house perfectly accommodated our family of 7. Thanks Jonathan 🙂

Frustrated....

This property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. The property is in dire need of upgrades. Cabinets are old and worn along with the dishes. The furniture is a mirage of pieces that appear to have come from a used furniture/thrift store. Few of the kitchen chairs matched. There has been an obvious water leak in the upstairs bedroom that has had some attempt to be repaired but not painted. The pocket doors are old and difficult to operate. The deck has joist hangers rusted completely through along with boards separating and splitting. There were three large cans of trash left for us to deal which hosted an obscene amount of flies. The garage area is not usable if the dryer is operating or has been operating because it is not vented to the outside. The upstairs bedroom balcony door was screwed shut with a note advising, do not open, and the kitchen door to the deck was the same. The upstairs door is a concern as there is no escape in the event of a fire. The doors and trash were addressed with the owner. He became defensive and stated he did not false advertise. He was never accused of this. However, he never mentioned nor does his add mention the issue with the doors and that the upstairs deck is not usable. He stated we could leave and he would return half our money. I advised him we would stay. I simply could not afford to forfeit that much money. The area is great and we had a great time. We just expected more from the home based on the pictures advertised.

Perfect

Everything we needed. This house was the perfect location and perfect place to celebrate some big birthdays with family. Comfortable and lots of room for 7 adults and 4 kids. They have everything you need for the beach lots of outdoor space and indoor. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the walking path to the beach was right there and it was a quick walk to the beach. You can see the gulf and hear the waves from the deck. We all enjoyed our week and will definitely be back. Jonathan was quick to communicate once we booked and on our check in day. I have no doubt that had we needed something while we were there he would be quick to respond. Check in and out were easy. Just have respect for other people’s homes.

Best House On The Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca! This beach house offered so much more than any previous condo, hotel or beach house we previously rented. The beach is world class and the house location makes the beach almost private. The owner provided a garage full of beach amenities- beach umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets/shovels, rafts, ice chests, beach wagons. The garage also contained a ping-pong table which we used every night. The downstairs is setup for entertaining with chairs, tables, party lights, a bbq and a full sized fridge and a shower! After an amazing day on the beach the kids came back and socialized downstairs until they literally fell asleep standing up! The house was cleaned and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every item we needed. Our beach vacation went by quickly but we will return to Casa Blanca!!

Convenient family beach vacation

We loved this house and it looked great when we arrived. The setup and location was perfect for our family of 5 and extended family that joined us. The extra beds in the upstairs rooms were great, it was such a short walk to the beach, and a great space downstairs to store beach stuff and get the kids cleaned up after the beach. The house may be older but it has been well taken care of and well thought out to accommodate many people with several towel bars and hooks for everyone to hang up their stuff. The owner Jonathan was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The upstairs AC starting not working and he had a repairman out very quickly to resolve the issue. Our only complaint and reason for 4 star rating was we did see many roaches during our stay. Seeing some in the garage didn't really bother me, but at night we would sit and play games at the dining table and watch some come out from behind the oven. Jonathan said the property had just been sprayed so hopefully it will get better as the season goes on. But despite that we still loved the space, I just made sure I sprayed down the kitchen counters in the morning before we made any meals.

Spring Break

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

Perfect for us!

Our family loved this house. Very close to the beach so we could come and go as each one wanted. The private baths upstairs were great for our married kids and with one bath in the mail level and a private shower below the house-it worked out very well. We cooked many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the home to be comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group. We played family games below the house at night in the cozy seating area. There were plenty of beach toys, bikes, and a large wagon to pull things to the beach. We also really appreciated the extra fridge below the house. We used it for overflow since we had a large group and the guys could store their bait. The owner was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back to this place someday!

Our family totally enjoyed our stay. Great downstairs area for kids to play and adults to sit and chat and play as well ( ride bikes/play ping pong). Easy walk to the beach and this house had nice extras to help with getting our beach gear to the beach as well as nice extras ( toys/floats) for the beach., then nice water station when we returned to the house to clean everything off (beach items as well as kiddos). Easy contact to owner, who responded quickly when needed when we had questions.

Overall, the Place was really good. The location was the best feature!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is only a few minute walk from the beach. Plus, the house has numerous amenities to improve your beach trip, i.e. wagon, chairs, etc. If I had to complain about anything, I would just request the owner spend a little more to clean, furnish and fix up the property. No major issues by any means, just a few broken steps, broken railing, and a few other small challenges. I don’t want this to come off as a negative review, because it’s not! All in all, great place and I would recommend this to others!

Great vacation rental for a week away!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!

For the price of one nights stay, a few repairs and a deep clean, this would be a 4 star.

In need of repairs, kitchen table chairs need replacing, lots of door issues, and a leak...cleaning fee was exuberant, half the cost of 1 night's stay, (FRBO told me to remove the dollar amt. from my review, saying that its a negotiated rate, and can't be disclosed, I disagree, its fixed fee by the owner, not a negotiated rate and freely visible if you want to see it when reviewing your estimate) ...passed this info (below, and edited it due to FRBO review policies) to owner, reply was that the cleaning team may need to be swapped out, but no response to the maintenance issues. ..... ******************* Jonathan, we've had a good time, but for what we've paid, we expected a place that was cleaner, and better maintained. As a property owner myself that rented houses for over 20 years, It is impossible to stay on top of wear and tear for yearly leases, yet only for overnight rentals, without a property manager, when the owner is not local. Found this out when stationed abroad for the majority of those 20 years. Without a property manager or the owner doing a walk through after each tenant, you're relying solely on the rentor to report it, not a good solution. If you have someone doing a walk though, and reporting to you, they're failing miserably. Our problems with maintenance: 1. Wood gate latch ripped away. 2. Back door, 1st floor to outside deck inop. 3. Ceiling Leak in 1st floor bathroom ceiling coming from 2nd floor bathroom, unable to use 2nd floor toilet, shower to prevent further damage to 1st floor bathoom. 4. 1st floor bathroom door out of alignment, must slam. 5. Dinning chairs beyond repair. 6. Game cabinet in living room doors in place, not attached (safety!, fell onto a 2 year old child that saw we had accessed earlier).7. 2 x 2 ft hole in decking by back door 8. Cabinet doors above stove falling off Cleanliness. 1. Kitchen, live roaches under coffee maker, mouse feces in 2 drawers. 2. German roaches in the bathtubs. 3. Cob webs in bathroom, upstairs, bathroom cabinets, a long term issue from the excessive amount. 4. Bathroom floors, sand, cobwebs, safety pin on floor, not sweeped in both. Cleaning fee is EXCESSIVE for the state of this rental. A couple of cleaners at $10/hr should have this place looking top notch in a few hours, with $200 left over for admin fees. For 1 nights rent, a handyman could easily correct all the maintenance issues. Things we liked: 1. Location. 2. Spacious 3. Bikes n kites. 4. Outdoor seating.

Perfect Location - Family Friendly

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and three bathrooms which is a blessing when there are several people staying. My favorite part was the downstairs outdoor area. Perfect for just sitting around, visiting, cooking out and playing games. We did kill two black widows, but it’s tough to control nature and it’s species. There were bikes to ride and tons of beach extras (toys for kiddos, umbrellas, canopy). The inside was very clean and that’s a compliment being several of us staying there have OCD issues. Lol. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There were puzzles & games inside( FYI the puzzle did have all the pieces 😍). There were a few minor things that needed repaired but nothing that really affected our stay & fun. The owner works on these doing off season and communicated this to us. Can’t wait to return and enjoy this gem.

Living room and dining room furniture needs replaced. We had a lot of rain and was unable to sit on deck due to leaking roof over deck. We had problems with ants and bugs inside house. Location of house is good two blocks to beach. Layout of house is good and charming.

We enjoyed our vacation in Pensacola. The house is in a great location close to the beach. There are a lot of beach/sand toys for younger children. My 9 year old grandson had great time playing ping-pong. There is some seating at ground level under the deck where you can catch a nice breeze.

Perfect Place

We loved our stay! We had 8 people and it was plenty of room. The owner was amazing and very good at communicating with us since there was a hurricane happening but assured us we would be safe and he was right! Place is not far from the beach and they had plenty of fun things to use while on the beach. Would definitely stay again!
