As you walk in the unit, you'll notice the owners take pride in their home. All furniture is up-to-date and the unit is very tastefully decorated. Walk straight through to the balcony which overlooks the stunning Pensacola Bay. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with plenty of room to stretch out. Watch paddle boarders, boats and jet skis coming and going all through the day and when the sun goes down notice the lights from the area glistening on the water. It's the perfect place to be! South Harbor is walking distance to shops and restaurants so you won't have to move your car.

2 star condo in a 5 star location

Checking into this condo was a PAIN! We attempted to contact Vacasa on the intercom as instructed but no one answered. Luckily the president of the HOA was entering at the time and helped get us into the building. Once we made it to the condo the provided code for the lock did not work, so we had to contact Vacasa. It took about 15 minutes on the phone with Vacasa before the door code would work. The pictures of the condo are OLD! The condo needs major renovation! The carpets are disgusting. Stains and dirt so badly that the only clean area's are under tables that are not moved. The flooring in this condo is so bad that we would not walk around with out shoes or socks on. The chairs in the living room were so dirty we never sat on them. I have pictures upon request! The kitchen cabnets are peeling and the sink smells of fish. Anytime you ran water the smell got worse. This condo has a great location, and view. I also felt safe, but the condo itself needs major help. With that being said the condo is located next to 2 bars, with loud music friday-sunday. As well as the pool so sitting on the patio is not peaceful in the evening.

Lovely condo with wonderful view

I stayed here with my husband, and two young children. The location was great in our opinion. The place was very clean. The carpets and furniture do show some wear, but that is expected. It was clean in all the right places. The view is outstanding. The balcony is huge with nice big furniture. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish I had known is that there are no spare sheets or blankets. This was only an issue because my children are so young. There is a washing machine tho. Everything else was beachy, cozy, clean, and just what we needed.

Great location, some cleaning issues, terrible check in

VERY convenient to the beach, several very good restaurants, beach-related shopping, nice bay view. Cleanliness an issue-- not bad on the surface, but carpet needs thorough cleaning, walls in hallway to master bath showed dirt/stains, and one bed had stained sheets that would have made it unusable if we had needed it. Coffee pot (a bit wonky to operate), no filters or coffee provided. The biggest issue was check in. We were supposed to have an envelope with key fobs at the rental office box next door, but it wasn't there. The phone number they gave us was one of those automated lines that make human contact somewhere between difficult and impossible. Fortunately, a very nice lady who worked in the office gave us a phone number of someone who could "help"-- this person gave us a spectacularly lame explanation of what she believed had happened, and then told us to take another renter's envelope out of the box and use their key fobs. If the nice woman in the office hadn't helped I doubt we would have ever gotten in the condo.

Nice layout. Lacked normal cleaning and maintenance. Floors and slip covers on furniture were filthy and the laminate on kitchen cabinets is cracked and peeling off. the AT&T remotes for the TV's were missing. We were NOT impressed in any way
