  • Welkom bij uw perfecte vakantie strandhuis en Pensacola Beach; Het best bewaarde geheim van Florida.

    Dit jaar onder eigenaarbeheer. 5-sterren eigendom. We zijn er trots op dat veel gezinnen hier in 2019 geweldige herinneringen hebben gemaakt en kijken uit naar nog veel meer gelukkige groepen.

    Open plattegrond van keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer maakt de ruimte ideaal voor familie samenzijn en onderhoudend. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen aan de eettafel.

    Perfecte locatie: ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de Golf van Mexico en 2 minuten lopen naar Santa Rosa Sound, (zoek naar Baby Beach), waar het kalme water perfect is voor paddleboarden, kajakken of gewoon drijven.

    Er is een halte (# 32) voor de trolley om de hoek bij de brandweerkazerne aan Avenida 17 die u tijdens het seizoen gratis naar alle strandbars, restaurants, winkels en de promenade brengt!

    De master slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een eigen badkamer, elk van de andere 2 slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een stapelbed Queen over Queen. Dit zijn echter niet de enige plekken waar mensen kunnen slapen! Er is ook een twin-size futon in het hok gebied en een extra overvolle stoel met uittrekbaar eenpersoonsbed om extra gasten te slapen, waardoor de totale slaapcapaciteit op 12 komt! We hebben ook een Pack n Play en kinderstoel voor de kleintjes.

    Elke slaapkamer en de woonkamer heeft een tv met uitzendantenne voor lokale zenders, evenals YouTubeTV en een gratis Netflix-account.

    Er zijn twee grote dekken voor plezier buiten, samen met een grote tuin. De tuin is uitgerust met een Bucket Ball-baan (denk aan bierpong alleen groter!), dartbord, Tiki Toss (ring aan een touwtje) en gigantische Jenga. Er is ook een BBQ-grill op het achterdek.

    Voor de korte wandelingen naar het strand vindt u een strandwagen, strandstoelen, een koelbox en parasols.

Great house and great location. Accommodated our large family. Has everything needed for the beach from towels to boogie boards to a great wagon to haul everything. Host was very helpful and available. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed during the Blues week. Along with our adult kids we had our little grandson and two little grand dogs with us. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking. Good location easy beach access. We had a wonderful week at the beach. The host were very helpful/accommodating. Great place to stay. Thank you Bunny&Boo

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite things about the house was the outdoor shower!! The entire home felt so welcoming! The host communicated promptly and made the whole process seamless. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was incredible! Bunny and Boo treated us like family, quick to help us with bikes and any amenities we wanted. They thought of everything, many kitchen appliances and tools for cooking, lots of towels and bedding, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, beach amenities, everything to help it feel like coming home. The hot tub was sparkling clean and soooooo excellent. Check in and out was so easy, Bunny and Boo are very easy going and we will definitely be back!

Definitely Reccommend!

We loved our stay here. We are Pensacola locals and thoroughly enjoyed our staycation here. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and the house was perfect. Plenty of space and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

Amazing Stay

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

This property has a great location! So convenient to beach and boardwalk area. The hosts were fantastic, so quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

Easy check in and check out process - electronic coded lock is a great idea - well laid out overall with large spacious sitting area - nice fenced back yard that was perfect for our 2 small dogs - well stocked kitchen - this owner provides more than most others have - 3 nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and LOTS of hangers - great touch.

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Great place, great location, greater hosts!! All you need for beach vacation, easy beach access, close to restaurants and things to do but just enough removed from hustle n bustle to be nice and quiet at the house. Gracious and very helpful hosts! Even helped us with a flat tire!! Can’t ask for more!

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was amazing, they had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. The best part were the owners. The people were very kind and going above and beyond to give us tips on how and where to fish, great places to eat, things to explore. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely making there place our go to place when we visit.

Great location!

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

Loved the location, the house was great for pets and had things to make a good meal at home. Only thing about the trip was no dogs on the beach in area, had nothing to do with the house or property management. They were great.

Had an excellent time!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

Of all the places we’ve stayed this house is one of the best stocked- plenty of beach supplies, cleaning and kitchen items available for use. Hosts were excellent at communicating and accommodating requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we would have liked, especially with kids and having to cross a double lane busy road. But the available bikes and golf cart rental helped with this. The biggest downside are the stairs to the loft- they are very steep and rather dangerous. I had planned to have our 6 and 8 year old sleep upstairs but the safety of navigating them in the middle of the night was a concern. Something to be aware of with younger children.I would give the house 4 stars but the hosts definitely 5 stars. Bunny was always available to answer any questions and provide help if needed in a very timely manner. We appreciated the hospitality!
