We have stayed at San Souci in other condos but the first look at this condo door scared me because it was sooo filthy and uninviting. The inside was spotless. A great view! (The closet doors definitely need some serious help!)

Wonderful condo with spectacular views and easy access to Gulf. Kids also really enjoyed the use of the pool. Loved that we could walk to convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. Both are directly across the street. Slept seven total (four adults and three kids). Tons of towels, bedding, etc. Perfect location and there's nothing better than a balcony overlooking the emerald green Gulf and white sand. Perfect!!

Perfect location. Clean. Wonderful view. Patio furniture was not comfortable at all. Lighting in bathrooms not great. Several lights were burnt out. Smoking area not in ideal location.

Beach Therapy

This condo was perfect. Our daughter was in the NAIA Tournament and it was a great location to the field but such an amazing view! We were able to take in her games while also getting in some Beach Therapy!!

Lovely San Souci Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well air conditioned 😀 condo at the wonderful San Souci. We’ve stay at San Souci many times and love the property, pool and location right on beach on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. Vacasa management was “ok”, their emails were inaccurate with WiFi info and parking passes. The owner’s book has the correct WiFi info and there were NO parking passes in the condo. Overall, we’d stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Overall, this was your typical VRBO accommodation. What was great: the location was spectacular, the beach was beautiful, it is quiet in January. The place was very clean. Check in was good and the codes worked. What was wrong: The parking space is small with a big pillar in the way. we did not have a key to get out of the property through the walking gate so basically we had to go across the street with our car which was totally unnecessary. We did address this with the Vacasa people but I don’t think they understood what we were trying to tell them. Seems to be also a safety issue, if you cannot get off the property unless you go in your car. The light and the fan did not work in the left bedroom, the circuit breaker was not tripped, and we did not get that resolved while we were there. The pillows are terrible, and need to be replaced. It would be nice to have an extra blanket as well. Overall, it might be a place I would stay. The price was good.

Decent Condo, a few issues, nice view, not much beach

The condo was nice and clean, and the ameneties were mostly fine. Beds were okay, but nothign outstanding. Upon entry noticed there was damage to the Bedroom closet door, the laundry door, and the dish washer would not close. Upon review of the dish washer, there was water at the bottom. We reported the washer issue, but no support came while we were there so we hand washed everything. The beach access was great, however, the beach right in front of the condo was pretty minimal. The water came almost right up to the un-usable portion of the beach. Could walk a little ways down though and get more. This might change month by month though, not sure... The foldout couch was pretty sub par and I felt bad about making someone sleep out there. It was a decent condo, but I'd choose somewhere else in the future. Contacting and getting support from Vacasa was kind of frustrating, with delays. I would have preferred to have a property manager to contact directly who could help me, or the owner. Check in was great. No issues.
