1409 Maldonado Drive wordt professioneel beheerd door Paradise Beach Homes.

Uw gezin zal genieten van dit lichte en heerlijke vakantiehuis met vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers met uitzicht op de golf. Geschat genaamd, de Hip * Nautic, met nieuwe bamboe houten vloeren door de leefruimte en overvloedige ramen biedt het de tropische strandomgeving en het gewenste comfort tijdens een verblijf op het strand. Bovendien is dit huis nieuw voor het verhuurprogramma, dus alle beddengoed en meubels zijn gloednieuw en perfect na een lange dag.

Om te genieten van de zon en de zoute lucht, zijn er grote verhoogde dekken aan de zuid- en oostkant van het huis, evenals grote grasvelden om buiten te genieten. Er is ook een geplaveid strandpad dat rechtstreeks naar de golf vanaf het huis leidt, waardoor het gemakkelijk is voor gezinnen met kinderen of om gewoon naar uw speelgoed en koelboxen te rijden.

In het huis bevindt zich de eetkamer aan uw rechterhand wanneer u het huis binnengaat en de goed uitgeruste keuken scheidt de woonruimtes. Het woongedeelte van de familie bevindt zich direct achter de keuken en biedt zelfs een bar met onder-koelkast en ijsmaker voor vermaak. De opstelling met vier slaapkamers is ideaal voor meerdere gezinnen of voor de privacy van volwassenen. De grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv bevindt zich in de westelijke hoek van het huis met een grote hoofdbadkamer. Er zijn twee koningin slaapkamers aan elke kant van het huis en de baden zijn gunstig gelegen tussen beide. Een koningin slaapkamer bevindt zich in de buurt van de master en heeft een aangrenzende badkamer. De andere koningin slaapkamer voelt als een tweede meester, die een flatscreen omvat en gelegen naast kamer met stapelbed stijl met een tweeling dan volledige stapelbed met dubbele onderschuifbed.

Dit huis biedt een parkeergarage en extra parkeerplaatsen buiten de garage voor vier tot zes auto's op het betonnen parkeerpad. Voor entertainment binnenshuis zijn er smart-tv's en een blu-rayspeler en een pingpongtafel voor familietoernooien!

The home has everything we needed and was a perfect set-up for the gathering. We really enjoyed the open floorplan, convenient sparkling pool, and close proximity to the beach(just a 5 minute walk till toes in the water). This was our second trip to this particular home and we're talking about booking it again for next year while there's still availability! However, the place has some weaknesses: two of three bathroom fans inoperable, pool is not heated (unusable in early April even for kids), not one baking dish, broom but no dustpan to pick up dirt, the only screened windows are not to be opened so the only fresh air coming in is by opening doors which let bugs in.

Air condition went out but the property management team were quick to get someone out to fix it. Front door was hard to open and close as well as the dresser in master bedroom. Grill burners need to be replaced. Loved the pool and it came in handy with rough conditions at the beach.

Good stay and location but noisy beds.

We really liked the location and the interior space. Please note beds are very noisy and sound like laying on plastic. They have box springs. Every time someone moves they make a noise. We checked them all and only the bunk bed was on a hunky board and didn’t s heal. It says it’s sleep 10-12 people but but I would say only 8. They offered roll away. Which I can’t imagine those being comfortable. The layout is great for lots of people.

Reviewer Comments: This layout of this home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. They have definitely been remodeling parts of this home to bring it more up to date. The kitchen/wet bar area worked well. Master bathroom is nicely updated but the other two bathrooms are not. They redid the decking on the wrap around porch and have newer outdoor furniture which is better than the pictures. The kitchen cooking supplies are minimal-one potholder, no crockpot, no 9x13 pan. There are no stocked supplies. We loved having the pool and ping pong table to enjoy our time at the house. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and easy. The beach area is much less crowded than the ones at the ends of the street. Someone had left a beach wagon and a few chairs which were nice to use. Mattresses were not the greatest and very squeaky. Blinds on the windows are paper thin so if light bothers you, we recommend bringing some portable black out shades. Despite a few quirks, I would recommend this home!

The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked fine. The pool was OK. The dog had a nice area to roam around free next to the pool. The house was located one street over from a beautiful beach. We saw dolphins swim by one day. Waves were good on one day and tranquil on another depending on the tide and storms offshore. We used the beach chairs daily. The only thing we didn't like was the mildew smell that came up from the garage area. It was not so strong that it effected our allergies, but it did cause all our clothes to smell a bit mildewy. Overall, we had a great experience and if the mildew smell can be resolved I would give the place a 9 out of 10. But it gets an 8.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this house with ample space and an easy walk to the beautiful beach. One suggestion would be to add hooks to the master bath. There was no place to hang a towel. But, it was a lovely, comfortable, clean house overall.
