I don’t think you can get a much better view from this condo. It is AMAZING from every room! The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff associated with the amenities were very friendly. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen looked pretty well stocked. I want the couch for my own house! Even the elevator was fast! (I am guessing the parking garage might get a little crazy during the busy season, but you are given 2 spots, which is nice!) It’s really easy to get the beach. I would 100% stay here again! I loved it!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!! Very clean and spacious. We had 6 ladies and everyone was so happy with this choice. And the view of the gulf was stunning!!! Spent a large majority of our time on the balcony. The outdoor dining at the main pool serves delicious food and make sure you try Pensacola’s famous for “Bushwacker drink”. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. It was a girls trip, eight of us, it was our sixth annual trip and our first time staying at this condo. We will always stay at this condo from now on as long as it is available. Also, Jonathan was fantastic, super responsive, helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing Stay-Exceeded Expectations

My family and I stayed in August of 2024; It was my wife and I and our daughters (21, 18, 16 and 12). The property was beautiful, and the conveniences of the fitness center, market and all of the pools onsite were great. The beach was right next to the property across the road, but safe crossing and easy access. The beach was never too packed and I love how the property is at the end of the island so the traffic is very light. The beach was great for swimming and walks and fun to hunt for crabs at night. Great marine life to see and snorkeling right off the beach. I loved being just 2-3 miles from all of the great restaurants on Pensacola Beach as well. The home itself was beautiful and very spacious for our family. Great kitchen area, open living space we could all gather in and the girls had their own space and bathrooms and the outside deck was a 10/10 for views and space and furniture. The property owner was amazing with communication and flexibility with our travel plans and very quick to respond to anything. The only issues we had were dirty garbages and left over drink cans from the cleaning crew or previous renters when we arrived. There was some construction noise and strong smells with the construction work a couple of the nights and a few bugs that we dealt with mid-week.

Perfect in every way!!

I rented the unit with a group of girlfriends to celebrate a big milestone. From the minute we got there we couldn't believe how awesome the condo was. So clean, so big, and so close to the beach! We had two small issues that were resolved immediately by the property manager and his staff. 1) we couldn't get the oven started. As it turns out, the breaker had tripped. We reset it and we were back in business. 2) we needed a couple extra pillowcases as we had a large group and were using all the pillows. Housekeeping brought them right away. I would say that the oversized balcony was probably our favorite area of the house. We would sit out there in the morning and at night and there was plenty of seating for all! The Lifestyle pool was also a fan favorite. I come to the Florida panhandle almost every year and have already told my family this is where i want to stay! Love love love!

Family Gathering

What a beautiful location to enjoy some family time! The unit was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and yet plenty of room for us to gather in one area. The view from the 16th floor is breath taking! The morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets are like no other. The pools and beaches, both on the Sound side and Gulf side are in walking distance, which is wonderful with the little ones. If you are looking for a great gathering spot for your family, this is the place.

Emerald Paradise

The views from every room are stunning! The condo itself is truly immaculate. The beds were very comfortable along with the balcony furniture. The balcony wraps around so it was easy to check on my teens swimming in the pool. The Portofino resort is well maintained and has convenient amenities and activities. Jonathan answered my text on a random Sunday. He was very responsive and friendly!! We were present for the Blue Angel’s air show so that was an extra treat. Wish I was still there…

We have stayed at this resort many, many times, but this was the beautiful and immaculately clean condo we have ever had. Tons of storage and comfortable furniture. Spring Break Getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Loved the spacious and clean area. The view of the beach and the bay were gorgeous and really made us feel relaxed. Everything went smoothly for our trip from booking to communication with Jonathan. He kept me informed and was quick to respond with any questions/concerns I had. This is a great place for families. The beach water was cold, but the indoor and outdoor heated pools didn't stop us from swimming. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Gorgeous direct gulf view, fantastic wrap around porch with views of bay from both edges. Very tastefully decorated condo, and very well stocked. Communication with property manager was excellent and check in/out was effortless. Wish we could come back next week!
