This gorgeous condo features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, offering ample space for the entire family and then some more. Savor breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the shade of your large wrap-around private, covered balcony. The 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows lining this condo allow you to soak up the scenery while relaxing inside. Prepare delicious meals in the grand kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and stunning granite countertops. The primary bedroom suite serves up views of the dazzling gulf waters, an adjoining private bath with a Jacuzzi garden tub, and a walk-in steam shower.

Guests will be granted access to incredible community amenities that include an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.

The condo is very large and spacious. We would stay here again. The bunk beds that are pictured in the listing are not there. Instead, there was a trundle bed. This was fine for us, just didn’t match up with the listing pictures. The most frustrating part of this condo is definitely only receiving 2 key fobs. When a condo has 4 bedroom, you should have at least 4 key fobs - 1 for each room. We had 9 people staying, and the key fob situation got very frustrating. Only 2 key fobs for a condo that sleeps 11 is ridiculous.

Amazing view and location

We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay! We did not want to leave. This home is well stocked in the kitchen, baths and laundry room. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The beds were all comfortable!The jacuzzi tub and steam shower in the master bath were incredible! Highly recommend!!!

Spacious, clean and modern

Very spacious living area and rooms with each of the 4 bedrooms having their own shower. The deck was amazing - I measured over 150 ft long!. It wraps around the entire level and there are only 2 units per level with a solid wall between. You won't know there is another unit on your level. The unit and deck view wraps around to expose both beach (Gulf) and channel towards the north.

The condo was amazing! Gorgeous views and tons of space. It was very clean as well. I will definitely be coming back. The only negative is the website listed the building as having a hot tub, and it didn’t. We were really looking forward to that since we knew the weather was going to be cold and we had three small children with us.

Mediterranean at Perdido Key

Very nice condo and beautiful beach. Like the fact that it is a smaller complex with fewer people in the pool and at the beach. Laurie with Vacasa staff was extremely responsive to issues we reported with good follow through. We had issues with the air conditioning and the front rooms were difficult to cool. Ice maker never worked although a repairman came to fix. Barbecue pit needs to be replaced. Unable to use it.

The stay in this condo was wonderful. The only negative we encountered was the railing must have damage from previous storms so it makes this HORRIBlE jingling noise. It was really only an issue one day when it was super windy. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat. It was very clean, and spacious. We love staying at the Mediterranean

Awesome place for larger families!

I'm going to preface this by saying that the only "issue" I could have had was that renovations were still being done around the entire building which limited some amenities. Mainly just the workout area, but not a big deal. Otherwise, this place was amazing. I took my family down on short notice for spring break. My children range from 10-3. The condo has so much space and it was the best stocked rental we've ever seen. Grill, smoker, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Between the living room looking out onto the balcony over the ocean and the balcony chairs/couch....I'm not sure my family would have ever wanted to leave the condo to go explore if we didn't make them. Everything was very clean when we got there and the check-in process was easy. We drove 14 hours which put us there after hours. We had instructions for the lock box to get the keys and how to get in without any issues. The next morning the manager reached out to make sure we got in without any issues and to let us know if we needed anything to simply call or text. Which came in handy because we needed some extra towels later in the week. Which were delivered within the hour after sending the message. The surrounding area is beautiful with the beaches and you're only a 20-25 min drive, depending on traffic, to a lot of different fun things for the family. A few local zoos of varying sizes, putt-putt, go-karts, shopping, and a ton of great places to eat. The indoor/outdoor pool is also heated. All in all, my family had a really great time and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back! On a side note: The management was very receptive and responsive about wanting to know if anything was wrong with the condo. There were a few items that had been previously reported that had been requested if they could take a look while we were there. This was fine as I had noticed them. While the maintenance guys were there we looked at a few other items I had noticed as well. These were documented and sent to the manager right there on the spot. To me, that shows that Vacasa is very dedicated in making sure that the places they manage are in the best shape possible. Which you don't see a lot of anymore. If people are still willing to pay and not complain, no need to fix things....but that isn't how Vacasa operates. It was refreshing to see that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo Next to FloraBama

Our stay was an annual girls weekend for 9 women in our 40’s and 50’s. The property is absolutely beautiful, although there are still a lot of repairs from Hurricane Sally going on in the building itself. Angela at Vacasa is a gem and was incredibly helpful. Parking is extremely limited which seems odd for such spacious units. Angela was able to help us with additional parking; but I don’t expect this is possible during normal or high season. Check in is actually about 6 miles down the road, which is a bit inconvenient but certainly not a deal breaker. Entry to the elevator requires a key fob, so if you leave the unit, don’t forget the key. This happened a couple of times with our group, but thankfully someone was in the unit when this happened. The steam shower in the master bath is incredible. And you can’t beat the location. It is so close to the FloraBama that you can hear music from the balcony (but not so loud to be annoying). The beach is beautiful and the balcony wraps all the way around so you Also have views of the Ole River. There are some minor issues in the unit (not enough extra blankets, curtains need repair) but again, not enough to impact our enjoyment. The wet bar has an ice maker and wine fridge, which is fantastic for a large group. We all had a great time and would definitely stay again.
