Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I have stayed at this hotel for many years, and I last visited this hotel approximately 2.5 years ago. This hotel had an elevator. This hotel was very convenient, since I was able to walk all around Pensacolaโs Downtown areas, and the beach could be reached by about a drive of about fifteen (15) minutes. Interstate-110 was down the street from this hotel. This area felt very safe to me. There was plenty of free parking on this property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and this hotel was both quiet and clean. I enjoyed the free WiFi, the television quality, the hot water, and the air conditioning. I had daily housekeeping service performed on my room. The pool was colder, but I did enjoy my swims. The breakfast variety became a lot more limited from how it was done in the past, and I wished that this hotel brought back a return of the hard-boiled eggs, the bagels, and the fruits. There were plenty of bottled waters, orange juices, yogurts, cereals, toasts, muffins, and waffles. A treadmill in the gym did not operate, but I did enjoy the exercise bicycle and the free weights. I would return to this hotel again for my next stay in Pensacola.
