Dit is een van de kleinere complexen op het prachtige eiland Okaloosa, dus als je op zoek bent naar een gezellige en rustige plek, is deze plek perfect voor jou! Met slechts 3 appartementen op elke verdieping, zal dit complex nooit overvol raken, het zwembad zal altijd genoeg ruimte hebben voor iedereen en het strand zal meer privé voelen dan ooit! Het pand heeft ook barbecueroosters en het zwembad aan het strand wordt in de winter verwarmd.
    Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping en biedt een weids uitzicht op de prachtige suikerwitte kustlijn. Wanneer u het balkon op het strand uitloopt, zijn de uitzichten adembenemend! Geen obstakels, geen zijaanzichten - dit is DIRECT STRAND VOOR!
    Het appartement heeft een mooie grote keuken met alle servies en bestek, er is ook een wasmachine en droger in de unit voor uw wasbehoeften. The location of the condo was fabulous and we loved having only a few units on each floor of the building. The grounds were well maintained and quiet, the beach service was definitely appreciated. The unit itself could have used a few updates in decor and bedding; the master bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress.

The place was very clean and well kept except for a wad of hair in the bed which was s bit gross but I realize you cannot get everything perfect. We loved the views and beach was great. I really liked the gated parking area, great having a washer/dryer. Pool was very cold, no way it was heated at the time of our visit. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, we arrived right at check-in time. We get there and the condo was not even clean yet. One of the cleaning crew told me they were still cleaning, we had to wait an hour after check-in time before they were even done. If I’m told a check-in time, I expect to be able to check-in at that time. Then after we were able to check in, we immediately noticed one of the chairs were broken at the kitchen table. On the second night there, we were sitting on the balcony and heard a loud crash. We went to investigate what caused the noise and the shelf in the laundry room had collapsed. It’s obvious this company does not maintain their properties very well and also can’t have the properties cleaned and ready in time for check-in. We will not be booking with this company again.

If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

Summer Vacay part 2

Reviewer Comments: We sent 4 nights in another property managed by Brooks and Shorey, but at the last minute, we decided to extend our stay, the unit we spent the 1st part was already booked so they had Dune point available, so, we took it. The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.
