Dit is een van de kleinere complexen op het prachtige eiland Okaloosa, dus als je op zoek bent naar een gezellige en rustige plek, is deze plek perfect voor jou! Met slechts 3 appartementen op elke verdieping, zal dit complex nooit overvol raken, het zwembad zal altijd genoeg ruimte hebben voor iedereen en het strand zal meer privé voelen dan ooit! Het pand heeft ook barbecueroosters en het zwembad aan het strand wordt in de winter verwarmd.
Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping en biedt een weids uitzicht op de prachtige suikerwitte kustlijn. Wanneer u het balkon op het strand uitloopt, zijn de uitzichten adembenemend! Geen obstakels, geen zijaanzichten - dit is DIRECT STRAND VOOR!
Het appartement heeft een mooie grote keuken met alle servies en bestek, er is ook een wasmachine en droger in de unit voor uw wasbehoeften. De twee slaapkamers zijn gewoon de perfecte ruimte om te ontspannen na een zonnige dag op het strand of u kunt gewoon ontspannen in de woonkamer en bogen op de schoonheid van de Costa Smeralda.

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

Reviewer Comments: We sent 4 nights in another property managed by Brooks and Shorey, but at the last minute, we decided to extend our stay, the unit we spent the 1st part was already booked so they had Dune point available, so, we took it. The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.

Christmas in the sand

This place was perfect for our family, we feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful rental! Our favorite parts were the view, pool, location and it was VERY quiet. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was amazing!! The place was plenty big for our family of 5, I was surprised at the large size of the balcony. When we road trip that direction again we will definitely rent this place again.

Great location, very clean

I was very pleased with our stay. The app they offer makes check in and check out a breeze. the condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The beaches weren't overcrowded and it was a very short drive over the bridge into Destin. Two things that keep me from giving this condo 5 stars is the bathroom shower size and the beds. The showers were tiny, smaller than I have in my camper. and the beds were not very comfortable. Those are two things that are important to me on a vacation stay. But outside of that this place was great and we will stay again.
