Dit toestel beschikt over een zaterdag tot zaterdag EIS in het hoogseizoen! Uitstekende drie slaapkamer, 4e verdieping hoek appartement! Een exotische, Oosterse thema draagt ​​de hele flat in elke kamer. De master- en de gastenslaapkamer zijn voorzien van kingsize bedden, een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer, een tv in elke slaapkamer en 2 dvd-spelers. De derde slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer, zodat u zich heel gemakkelijk kunt voorbereiden op nieuwe avonturen die uw vakantie zelfs voor een groot feest zal brengen. Condo heeft ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een adembenemend uitzicht vanaf de eigen hoek patio en een overdekte parkeerplaats in de garage! De hoofdslaapkamer ligt aan het strand met een toegang tot het privébalkon. Een andere ingang is vanuit de woonkamer. Prachtig uitzicht op het ongerepte strand kan ook worden genoten in de eet- en keukenruimtes! De voorzieningen in het Gulf dunes-resort omvatten een reglementaire tennisbaan, een eigen fitnesszaal, twee zwembaden en een van de grootste strandfronten op het eiland Okaloosa. De poederwitte zanden van de smaragdgroene kust zijn nergens anders langs de golfkust te vinden. Stranden worden dagelijks schoongemaakt en bieden de ultieme ervaring voor u en andere gasten. Strandservice is bij uw huur inbegrepen. Je hoeft niet ver te gaan om te genieten van alles wat Destin te bieden heeft. Golfduinen liggen op slechts 6 mooie mijlen van de haven van Destin, waar u tientallen visgrills kunt vinden om uit te kiezen, evenals winkels en activiteiten. De kinderen zullen genieten van gocarts, putt-putt-golf en dagelijkse luchtshows door de lokale piloten van Destin. Upon arrival parking was a breeze. Spot in garage and labeled. Parking spot is close to the elevators. We loved the carts available to take your luggage/groceries to your condo. The lobby was always clean. Only one elevator worked during our trip but was too bad on waiting for the other one. The condo was clean and beautiful decor. Everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room and storage available for our family of 4. We cooked alot of meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels provided. The view of the beach was breathtaking! The beach was easy to get to and the gentleman that takes care of the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice and informative! If I had to pick out negative things that could be different.... The washer was a bit loud (maybe wanna check it out) and the rug in the living room could be replaced or deep cleaned (looked a bit dinghy/dirty) and could use like a broom or some cleaning items to pick up during our stay. But these negative things wouldn't deter me from booking again! We loved our stay here! If you're looking just book it. It's beautiful!

Loved this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Spacious enough for a bigger family. Having a end unit is a plus, you also get side windows. Beds were comfortable, nothing to complain about. Will recommend and definitely will be coming back.

Just as listed!!!

The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. Each time we contacted management about something (nothing big), they were Johnny on the spot. The only drawback is the distance to the beach!! It is a haul. You have to climb 13 steps to the boardwalk and then 13 steps down and about 72 steps to the chairs. It is not handicap accessible. Luckily, the city of Ft Walton furnishes sand wheelchairs for free and we were able to get our handicapped person to the beach and back. Mind you, they are not motorized. The pool is and it was nice. There were 6 of us and we all agreed we would stay again, but if something is closer to beach would be better for us ageing ladies.

This condo has a ton of space, really loved that there were 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms! Other than the dryer door not closing properly the place was awesome!

Great stay!

The stay was great - location was nice as it’s in a quieter neighborhood. I will say that the place could possibly be updated a bit and attention made to some broken shutters and peeling paint: however, nothing that affected our stay. Something to note is that there is basically just the bare minimums so be prepared to being a bunch of your own times or to grocery shop when there. They do warn you about that. Overall it did meet expectations.

Disappointed and frustrated

Condo was not clean.Lifted an accent rug and a PILE of sand fell out - not just a little. It had clearly not been lifted and vacuumed. Rubber mats in kitchen were nasty. Balcony not cleaned…trash, covered in sand and chairs/table not cleaned. After reporting the cleaning issues, they committed to send someone to clean but no one ever showed - all week. We ended up cleaning floor, counters etc ourselves. Freezer door wouldn’t shut. They had to bring in a 2nd fridge and placed in the dining room area for a couple days. Had to call for garbage disposal repair the first day. Finding all these issues, we were frustrated. Having to call, email, wait for repairmen to service items, asked for some type of credit several times and in writing. They completely ignored each request saying they were working on resolving the issues. These shouldn’t be issues for a well maintained condo. Being at the beach was wonderful but this condo unit had too many problems for us to deal with on vacation. Not to mention the money paid. We had to make the best of it so our vaca wasn’t ruined.

Excellent beach

We loved the beach and water at this condo! The condo was very accessible to the beach, the building is older and while there are some upgrades in the condo, you noticed the old building (elevators, grounds, exterior/balcony). We found the condo to be clean but not excessively clean. The property manager was very helpful when we called for a minor maintenance issue, someone came out that day. We didn’t feel the need to go to a lot of local restaurants, amenities. There wasn’t a lot around that intrigued us. Our son did like the Gulfarium. Overall, the stay was good. We went for the beach and were able to enjoy that.

Moms 91st Bday

Beautiful view most important for my parents because it is difficult for them to get to the beach. Although we did manage a few times and the beach chairs were great. Liked the beachy feel of the colors in the living room and views from the kitchen. Alexa is a great touch, we used it to get a maintenance problem fixed and for check out. My only complaint was the condition of the cupboards and the bathroom for the guest bedroom . The cupboards are all peeling away. The bathroom is old and too small. The shower definitely needs to be replaced. Looks like they put in new dressers but the one in the twin bedroom already had its handle broke. Mom had some issues with the shower in the master being slippery. I still would go back. The beach is amazing.

Cute family condo

The condo was perfect size & had everything we needed for 4 adults & 2 toddlers. BUT there was SO much sand on the floors when we arrived. Especially in the room with two twin beds. I had to sweep the entire place upon arrival & the twin bed bedroom alone had an entire dust pan full of sand. I also washed all the sheets because they also had sand in them which was gross. Aside from those issues upon arriving, it was a great unit to stay in & the beach was beautiful! Stewby’s seafood shack is directly across the street & is amazing. We ate there 3 times in one week. Also across the street is a liquor store with a strip club attached that our family chose not to visit. The area doesn’t have the best family feel to it, but if you like spending your days at the beach, it’s pretty easy to overlook.

This was our first time here in the area and we traveled with a 2 year old. We found the location and proximity to both the beach and town area perfect for our small group. Only complaint was that the condo was not quite as clean as we expected upon checkin and one of the bedrooms my family found to be very hot at night. Otherwise, we had plenty of room and loved our short walk to the beach every day. Would definitely stay agai

We had a great time in Ft Walton. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was much more spacious than we had originally thought just from looking at pictures. Check in was easy and communication through the app was great! We would definitely stay again!

Great place!

My parents, in-laws, spouse and toddler all had a great stay here. It was perfect for us because each of us had our own bathroom along with the washer/dryer. The beds and furniture were comfortable and we especially liked the Adirondack chairs on the porch. The view was fantastic. We appreciated the many electronic strips, the elevator(bad knees) and the carts to bring your luggage and groceries. The restaurant accross the street was amazing and we loved the playgrounds nearby. Overall a great stay!

I booked this for a family girls trip and we loved it! Check in and check out process was super easy. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to my messages. Perfect area!! It did rain some so our only complaint is the TV had random channels... nothing local or common like HGTV, ESPN, Weather Channel, etc. Other than that, we loved our stay and are already planning to come back next year!

Beach getaway

Renting this property was really quick and easy to do. It was just as described and a beautiful unit. We throughly enjoyed our time there. They even called us to let us know it was ready ahead of schedule!
