Gelegen aan de 6e fairway van de Arnold Palmer Lost Key Golf Course binnen enkele minuten van het prachtige witte zand en het blauwe water van de Golf van Mexico! Perdido Key is een geweldige bestemming voor families en vrienden op vakantie. Veel dingen om lokaal te doen en centraal gelegen voor andere geweldige bestemmingen aan de Golf! De woning heeft een garage voor 2 wagens, mooie ruime open keuken, woon- en eetkamer. Home is klaar om uw familie en vrienden te ontvangen voor een geweldige vakantie !! 1 kingsize bed en 3 koninginnen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Voorzieningen van de verloren sleutelgemeenschap zijn behoorlijk geweldig! We hebben het Lost Key golf-lidmaatschapspakket voor uw plezier gekocht! Voor slechts $ 25. 00 transferkosten, het golflidmaatschap kan op uw naam worden overgedragen voor uw verblijf bij ons thuis. Dan hoef je alleen maar een kar te betalen. Golf-lidmaatschap is een "familie" -lidmaatschap, daarom kan het lidmaatschap worden overgedragen aan u en uw "familie". 2 Directe familieleden en kinderen jonger dan 18 jaar spelen met volledige lidmaatschapsvoordelen. Gasten kunnen tegen een mooi gereduceerd tarief worden opgenomen. De golfbaan heeft geweldige faciliteiten en is ook een geweldige plek om te eten! Als varen uw ding is, dan is er een jachthaven heel dichtbij om uw boot op te slaan of om te vissen. Gloednieuw zwembad en fitnesscentrum gelegen in de straat van het huis. Ook nu OPEN nieuwe privéstrandclub die verloren sleutelhuurders en residenties privétoegang tot het strand geeft op slechts enkele minuten afstand van het huis. We hebben ook een gratis shuttle die je naar de Lost Key Beach Club brengt! Tal van dingen om je bezig te houden of als je gewoon achterover wilt leunen en ontspannen in een rustige, veilige gemeenschap, dit is je paradijs!

First-Timers at Lost Key

We’ve come to OB for 6 summers now- ever since we moved back to Texas. But this was our first time not staying in a condo directly on the beach. So for others in our situation considering a change here’s our family’s run-down; Pros- fitness center (it’s fantastic!), pool outside of fitness center-also fabulous. The home is roomy and spacious and no one ever felt cramped. There were a few things- all of them mild- in the home that needed repair (lamp Shade, toilet paper rod, curtain rod…) but overall the home was simply fantastic. The beds were all super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. A few more wash clothes for the sink would be nice. Walking trails were wonderful and well kept. We loved taking strolls in the evening. The option to pay a small fee and use the golf club was a HUGE perk for my husband and he played several times during our stay. He says the course is tight and challenging but very enjoyable. We also LOVED the family vibe of Lost Key. It’s a different feeling than you get at the condos. Far less individuals who are clearly drunk or wasted or just rowdy/crude on the beach or by the pool, and since we came with our kids that’s was GREATLY appreciated! Also, at the beach club, you get lounge chairs and umbrellas for free. If you stay at the condos, you already know that chair rentals are always an add’l fee. Cons: it is a walk to the beach. And if you drive there is very limited parking! You are not right on the beach. The shuttle is a great help and it does alleviate some of this but for those who just love to leave their condo, head downstairs and be ion the beach, this will be hard for ya. Also, you don’t have those gorgeous beach views and you don’t hear the constant sound of the waves from the ocean off your balcony like you do at a condo. The other con is the pool at the beach club. It is small! The pics make it look bigger than it is. To be clear, this is a small rectangle pool, nothing like the big pools you will have at the condos. So if your family is accustomed to bouncing back and forth between the beach and the pool throughout the day, this would be a “downer” because the pool is just so small. Our family discussed the pros and cons all week! And at the end of the day, we like the security, the amenities, and the family-friendly environment of Lost-Key better. This was our first time staying here, but it won’t be our last.

Fantastic Stay

The location, property and owner were all amazing! While I always prefer oceanfront, this was my first time staying elsewhere; however, the location was still perfect. It’s unfortunate the weather didn’t cooperate well. We will definitely be back here!

Great location on the golf course, down the street from the pool, and a short drive to the beach. Kids loved the huge pool with walk-in entrance. Depths 3-5ft was perfect for them. Transferable golf membership was a plus. Spacious downstairs kitchen and living area. The perfect home away from home.

The property we not just wanted, but NEEDED!!

When I walked in, the house was more than I expected. That said, I am not sure what I expected when I rented a "Villa," but it was way more than I hoped for. My family and I were there for a baseball tournament. There were four of us and another dad and his son were staying with us as well. The tournament was in Orange Beach and Foley, which meant we had a 20 minute to 35 minute drive each day, but the benefits more than outweighed the drive. The Villa-The kitchen and den were open concept with bar stools at the island. There was more than enough room for the six of us who were staying there. We enjoyed the view of the golf course from the balcony, which is just off the den. It was separated by trees and a pond, but you could still see the golf carts going by. The kitchen was big enough that we had some teammates and their parents over for grilling and cooking fresh seafood. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and be comfortable. As a matter of fact, every night, we had my son's teammates wanting to stay with us because their condo on the beach was too small, the elevator waits were too long and the beaches were too crowded. Again, the benefits outweighed the drive. Bedrooms-The bedrooms had soft carpets and a relaxing color scheme. The beds were extremely comfortable with mattresses that are not too soft and not too hard. The Beach Club - This place was great! There is a shuttle, and you could easily walk it, but we decided to drive up there every day and relax for a bit. It lead right to the beach and the beaches in front of the club were not crowded at all. We actually sat up at the club and watched our 12/13 year old's play in the water and sand. They did have a nice bar as well with a pool for the little ones. Neighborhood Pool- My son and his friends used the neighborhood pool several times. They said it wasn't very crowded and were able to play games in the pool with no problem. Golfing - For an adult day, several of us decided to go golfing. We did the membership transfer and only paid $20 for the cart fees. The rates were extremely reasonable as well for my friend who didn't have a membership. I am sure that price changes with the season. Overall - This was the perfect place for us. You could buy fresh seafood just down the road and there are great restaurants. Without question, I will rent from Rob next time we are staying in the area, or have to be anywhere within 40 miles. The benefits outweighed the drive.
