Dit appartement is onlangs bijgewerkt met nog veel meer updates te komen! Frisse verf in een prachtige blauwe tint door de hele unit, nieuwe woonkamer meubels bestaande uit een super comfortabele bank die converteert naar een slaper en 2 gezellige fauteuils, leun achterover en geniet van het uitzicht vanaf het strand balkon of een film kijken op de nieuwe 50 "flatscreen televisie. Een nieuwe matras in de hoofdslaapkamer is perfect voor een goede nachtrust en toegang tot het privébalkon aan het strand vanuit de slaapkamer is een extra bonus! De kamer is voorzien van 2 grote bedden met toegang tot de badkamer voor gasten. De extra ruimte in de kamer met het stapelbed is de ideale ruimte voor de kleintjes om een ​​eigen kamer te hebben. Nieuw terrasmeubilair met barhoogte geeft een fantastisch uitzicht op het prachtige suikerwitte zandstrand, dat op slechts een steenworp afstand van het appartement ligt, er is ook een nieuwe koelkast in de volledig uitgeruste keuken, er is ook een zeer ruime wasruimte met een volledige grootte was-en droogautomaat. Alle kamers beschikken over flatscreen-HDTV's. Dit is een appartement waar u jaar na jaar naar terug wilt keren.

We loved the beach. The unit was nicely decorated with a large porch. The kitchen and baths are pretty dated. The master bed and bathrooms were a good size. Be warned that the bed is really soft. The bedroom with bunks is closet sized (no room for a suitcase) but the beds were comfy and there was a small dresser and TV. The kitchen was clean, but the two showers were not. Management was quick to respond to this situation. We appreciated the personal delivery of an important package to our condo.

Amazing vacation property

We are a family of 6 and it can be difficult to find vacation properties that comfortably fit our entire family. This property definitely fit the bill. We had stayed at another unit in Gulf Dunes last year so we had an idea of what to expect and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness was good, two minor complaints was some of the dishes had some food still stuck on and we found a sock under a bed that was not ours. Everything else seemed clean and fresh. The garbage shoot on each floor by the elevators was convenient for bringing the trash out and there was a broom/dustpan and vacuum to tidy while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat during our stay. They had plenty of bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths. A minor complaint/recommendation for the management. Monitor the beach chairs better. There were many groups who took more than the 2 allotted beach chairs and several days we were not able to get chairs on the beach as they were ‘reserved’ by 9am, and spent much of the day with a towel sitting on them with no people around. Included were 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 packets of dishwasher powder, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Recommendations on things to bring: extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, hand soap, spray cleaner and/or Lysol wipes. Salt/pepper/condiments/spices you will need. They had lots of extra coffee filters in the unit.

Great for families!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with all the basic supplies. Maintenance was quick to respond to the chirping smoke detector and internet calls. We were given a new router within a couple hours after it couldn’t be resolved. We loved being right on the beach and having the beach service was so nice! The pool isn’t huge but was great for the kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. 7 of us slept comfortably in the condo. We’d 100% recommend this condo and will be back again next year!

Loved that the chairs and umbrella was included. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchenware and everything worked. The furniture was very nice and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us to use drawers and closets with space leftover. The master shower and king mattress could use an update. The mattress wasn’t horrible, just not as firm as I have at home. Parking was close and always easy to find a spot. Close to Publix for groceries. We chose to eat in Destin every night but there are places close as well! We would definitely stay here again! We were happy with this condo!!

The condo is just as described. The condo was spotless and was decorated very beachy (just what I was looking for)! The only thing I would change is to put blackout curtains in the guest bedroom and bunk room to block out the lights from the walk way. We took advantage of the Dolphin Cruise, and it was a blast! Next time I'll be going snorkeling too. It was a wonderful trip! Thank you🏖️

The only issue we had regarding ammenities was that we were unaware we needed to bring our own kitchen towels, wash rags and hot pads. That was not included in the “what to bring” info. Our unit was not supplied with those items. Overall, unit was very clean as was the entire complex. Heated pool was wonderful since Mother Nature didn’t fully cooperate during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. Gulf dunes 208 is nice! The view was beautiful and we loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The pool was nice to use when the ocean was too rough. We will definitely be back.
