Met een EXTRA stapelbed kamer met slaapplaatsen voor 2 personen, is dit een zeer budgetvriendelijke oplossing voor uw grote feest. Geprijsd als een 2 slaapkamer, maar heeft echt drie aparte slaapruimtes. De lay-out is geweldig, iedereen krijgt hun privacy. De ruime slaapkamer bevindt zich aan het strand - nog een geweldige functie! - met de toegang tot het balkon aan het strand Een andere toegang tot het balkon is vanuit de woonkamer aan het strand. Ongelooflijke uitzichten vanuit de eet- en keukenruimtes. Maaltijdvoorbereiding is gemakkelijk gemaakt omdat de keuken volledig is uitgerust en veel opbergruimte en opslagruimte heeft. Deze accommodatie met twee slaapkamers / twee badkamers beschikt over twee tweepersoonsbedden in de logeerkamer en twee aparte stapelbedden in de extra stapelbed kamer. Voor extra gemak is er een wasmachine en een droger in dit geweldige appartement. De accommodatie Gulf Dunes is op een geweldige locaties, dicht bij alles en toch zeer privé. Slechts een korte wandeling naar de BOARDWALK op het eiland Okaloosa, waar u meerdere restaurants en winkels vindt, maar ook activiteiten voor het hele gezin. We love Fort Walton

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach. The property is as listed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the emerald blue and green waters. We watched dolphin and sting ray from our balcony. The unit is nice with lots of sleeping spaces. Some of the kitchen items are in rough shape, but we were able to manage a full Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided and a few items from home that we’ve learned are essential to our experience. I did have to contact customer service for an issue with one of the beds and got a prompt response: I opted not to have them look at it during our stay, but they ensured that someone would after we left. The only true complaint I have is that many of the doors felt “sticky”. We tried cleaning them but determined it was just a really bad paint job that never set properly. This was not a deal breaker for us and could likely be easily remedied by repainting the doors. The heated pool was amazing— especially after jumping in the cooler November ocean water. It’s a great property and I’d stay again!

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but a bit firmer than we are used to. The only recommendation I would make is to add an ottoman to the furniture in the living room so that there is a comfortable place to rest your feet! The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. We also took advantage of the offered Explorie activities and my husband golfed several times! We highly recommend The Shack restaurant in Fort Walton Beach (excellent Lobster Crab Cakes) and BoShamps in Destin for a pricier but excellent seafood dinner!We cannot wait to return and will definitely use Brooks and Shorey again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure at Gulf Dunes. The only thing negative about this trip was not being able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette and pot smoke coming our way from neighbors. My daughter has asthma so we wish there could be a smoker's building and a total non-smokers building. And I think marijuana is illegal in Florida. Seemed to be from a couple of doors down from us...maybe 506 or 505. But hard to say for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom tv did not work at picture on it; just "no cable" sign when turned on screen. We love Gulf Dunes. Maryanna is the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't get into our condo until 6pm but check in was at 4 pm. The lady at the front desk was not very nice. The washer and dryer didn't have work, took 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. One of the burners on the stove didn't work . For the price we paid it was a bad rental experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was everything advertised. Family of 6. Great location, wonderful views, clean, modern and plenty of space. We loved our stay. Unit above us was going through a remodel so it was a little noisy each morning as they were hammering away, but no fault of anybody.
