Deze unit met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, toegang tot het balkon en een flatscreen-tv. De master bad heeft een grote, betegelde inloopdouche. De kamer heeft een queensize bed en een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler.

De woonkamer is ruim met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf en de duinen. U zult ook genieten van dit uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon. Er is een slaapbank voor in totaal 6 gasten.

Shipwatch is een golfcomplex met lage dichtheid in Perdido Key. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een buitenzwembad aan de Golf, een zwembad aan de rivier de Ole met een clubhuis, een bubbelbad, tennisbanen, een sauna, een fitnessruimte, een shuffleboardbaan, een bootlancering en een boot die het eerst komt, het eerst maalt.

On the beach!

Great beach access and gulf views. This area is very laid back with minimal traffic. Very short walk to the beach for kids and running back for lunch.

Everything was Fantastic!

We are beyond happy with our stay and experience with this property! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and the views were exactly as we had hoped. The property managers were accessible and had thought of everything. We really hope to come here again next year!

Beautiful Condo...Poor communication

This condo is beautiful with a great balcony. The location was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay after a confusing check in. All communication stated check in was "after" 3pm. When we arrived "after" 3pm and it wasn't ready, they couldn't give me an estimated time it would be ready. When you travel with refrigerated medications you plan according to stated times. This, however does not reflect on the unit itself.

Guys trip

It was quick and easy even for 4 guys who jus wanted ti have fun. It was right on beach and very close to gas station and food places. Couple big famous bars around area and ice cream shops every where lolol. Overall was a 10/10 bc we never were bothered, we were check on thru email, and enjoyed the back porch area!! Thank yall and we will definitely be back!!! 10/10

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay just a few kinks with the keyless entry not working and the sliding doors are not smooth. Over all we had a fantastic time. It is a great condo and fantastic location. We will definitely return!

Great for adults

The property was perfect! I’ve never stayed so close to the water. From the balcony your less than an 100 yards away from a Beautiful “private” beach. The neighbors were quite and respectful. The town is closer to Orange beach (Florida Bama area). There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple cool bars. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, cups, plates and MANY other kitchen utensils. This place was a bargain when we stayed in late December, weather was still warm and 75.

Fun Week at the beach

Property was clean and was centrally located. Beach area immediately in front of the condo was excellent. Elevator was a little creepy at times and on one occasion would not go above the 5th floor. We met friends on the 8th floor. Would book this unit again in the future if available when we schedule another vacation in the area.

This condo was in the perfect location. I didn't think I would be crazy about 2nd floor. But it was great! Quiet, comfy condo with updated furniture and decor. Beds were SO comfy. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us!

More than even expected!

We were throughly impressed with this place, the view from the balcony right onto the gulf was just spectacular. The beaches were not overly crowded and everything about the property was very family friendly. Shuttling little ones to and from the beach was a breeze. The condo itself was very clean, well stocked, very tastefully decorated and a great location to local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Ship Watch 202A

This was our worst vacation we have ever taken, we arrived at 1:00 pm and tried to call to tell them even though check in is at 3:00, first I had to contact 3 different people from 3 different companies and finally leave a message. They called back and told we could get in at 3:00, we did not get in until 4:00 and cleaning people were not even finished, the room was filthy, I actually have pictures to prove this. Each of the 3 different places we had to deal with blamed the other and said they did not know it was a turn around although I had reservations for a month. I would not recommend this condo to anyone as you have too many hidden fees and too many companies to deal with and it also it not clean, fridge does not keep stuff cold, and also there were no parking passes in the room. This was our first trip in 4 yrs and would not ever come back to this place, however we stayed at the Lighthouse 4 years ago and it was wonderful. I hate giving bad reviews but I have proof of all this, It was very nasty.

Awesome place!

The pictures don't do it justice! Lovely, updated condo with plenty of space. My family had a great time during spring break. We were looking for somewhere that wasn't very crowded, and we wouldn't have to fight for a place to set up on the beach. It was very quiet with ample space in between each group of people on the beach. We loved it! :)

Beautiful Property Right on the Beach

My husband and I stayed the entire month of January 2017. We were pleased that the condo looked better even than pictured. I liked the two bedrooms .although we used only one for sleeping. I used the second bedroom to set up my sewing machine and did a little stitching on the few days it was to stormy to go outside. Grocery stores and other shopping are an easy drive in either direction. There is a convience store and gas station right across the street. Very handy. We have been to many beaches in the last five years but the Gulf Shores is the best one yet! We had three small problems with maintenance that were PROMPTLY taken care of. I thank the ladies I spoke with from Liquid Life. They are the best and do a fantastic job of staying on top of things. All in all, I give this trip, both condo and beach, an A+++++

Great place, great stay

This unit was in a perfect location, it was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. It was a great a value. I would highly recommend this unit and the Shipwatch properties. The Liquid Life staff was great to work with also.

Probably the best place I've stayed on the beach.

This property is in a very good location, secluded but also close enough to to grocery stores, wal-mart and places to eat. Access to beach was good and after all day at beach, relaxing in the pool felt great. Plenty of utensils,plates and pans to cook with. Condo was clean. One toilet was not working ,but it was found by cleaning crew and fixed shortly after we entered room. Views were great, good outdoor furniture made it relaxing to just sit outside on balcony! We will be back.
