Dit is een ruim, volledig uitgerust, 3BR / 3BA appartement - een geweldige ruimte voor een groot gezin. Absoluut alles was gerenoveerd - bijgewerkte keuken met alle nieuwe apparaten, werkbladen en tegelvloeren; alle nieuwe meubels in de woonkamer en slaapkamers; alle muren opnieuw geschilderd; flatscreen-tv's; en zoveel meer.


In de hoofdslaapkamer creëren de glazen balkondeur en het grote raam een breed gezichtsveld terwijl u in het kingsize bed ligt. En voel je vrij om de wasmachine / droger in de gangkast te gebruiken als je een lading shorts en T-stukken moet wassen.

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Lots of extras provided like skim boards, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely return.

Little slice of paradise!

We have been staying at the island princess for 3 years now it’s forever our home away from home and the best place we have ever stayed! We stayed in room 309 very spacious and clean every year. Beautiful view and my kids always enjoy the pool especially after a day at the beach!

Property was great and with 3 BRs and 3 Bathrooms, it was very comfortable. Mgmt was responsive when I reported that the hot tub wasn't working. I will definitely be back soon.

The location was absolutely perfect! A short distance from Destin and lots of great restaurants just a few blocks away. The view was incredible and ease of access to the beach was a dream. The amenities the unit had to offer made our trip even easier traveling with an 8 month old. Loved that every room has its own bathroom as well! We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

We had a great time staying here! Great space for all of us. Three bathrooms were perfect. Comfy and felt at home:) Beach service with the umbrellas and chairs was awesome. We rented paddle boards several times from the chair service guys and it was so convenient to have available right there. Would be nice if pool rules were enforced (there was loud music, lots of smoking, etc) but I’m sure those things vary as different guests stay. Overall, great place to stay! This was our third summer on Okaloosa Island and we just love it so much!

This place is alot more family oriented with less traffic than Panama city. Beaches were pretty good when we got down there the only downside was algae in the water but they can't control that other than that nice place to stay

Great Stay for a good price

We have stayed at Island Princess in the past but not this particular condo. The overall stay was great. We enjoy the area because it is a little more laid back and not as crowded but still many things to do and a 10 minute drive to Destin. The beach chair/umbrella was better this year than last much less confusing. So those that go know, the property owners and paid reserved get priority and are reserved. The free ones that come with room are first come first serve so you go get the one you want that are not reserved and you are good for the day. This particular condo was very nice. Good location close to central elevator. But being on 3rd floor we used the stairs majority of the time. The condo was nice. We are not real picky since you are renting a condo you are going to have things great and things not so great. Condo had the basics of what we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall cleanliness was good. Would have been nice to have a broom so we could sweep up, but not a big issue. As the overall experience, everyone had a great time. No bed is like your own bed. Condos don't replace furniture every week for new guest. For those that complain about those two issues! We thought it was a nice condo for a good price. We did enjoy the fact we rented it from Friday to following Sunday. the two extra days rather than the standard Sat to Sat requirement, made the trip even better

Beautiful condo on the ocean

This was a beautiful, clean condo. Should supply a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Should not have to buy it ourselves. Otherwise overall we really enjoyed this property.

Amazing view 👌 But Condo was not expected 😕

I like this location. We had amazing time on the beach with our kids. It is the best place that we were anywhere. But, the condominium is not as in the pictures. It's really different. The sofa is very old and dirty. And the door on the balcony is broken. And the kitchen doesn't have anough kitchen supplies.It mean that the owners of this condo don't respect visitors who pay big rent for this condo....😏 Beds are comfortable and clean service was good, specially outside. But jacuzzi didn't work 😢 and I was so sad. I want to return back ,but to another Condo

Midwesterners getaway

The beach is gorgeous as always. Love how Island Princess building is set up with the pool on backside closest to gulf. This is our second time staying at this facility but 1st time in this unit. The unit itself was not the best. The kitchen is not stocked as well as other units. There isn't even a cookie sheet or dishrags. The beds are horrible and there is only 1 pillow a person which was disappointing. One of the bedrooms had an odor like musty water damage. There is ceiling coming down in the bathroom and looks like shotty repair work done. The crown molding only goes partially thru the living room and the pictures are hung off center. Just looks less cared for than other places we have stayed. Didn't feel as homey. The ice maker is amazing though. We never ran out. The view is awesome! Plenty of space for 2 families. Booking and checking in was easy. Will be back but not to this unit.

Awesome condo!!

We absolutely loved staying in 309 at the Island Princess!! Amazing views, loved being right above the pool and enjoyed seeing many other Indiana guests during our Fall Break stay. Will definitely be back!

Loud, no security or anyone to supervise property.

Pros: Condo was clean and check in process was easy. Cons: Other guests at the property were so loud that we had to call the cops at 12:30 am because they were blasting music, screaming and slamming doors. Several kids around 7-9 yrs old were in the pool cussing, flinging toys everywhere that ended up hitting my son, other guests blasting music at the pool without any regard to other guests, several nights other guests were swimming and loud until 2 am some nights when the pool closes at 11 pm. Also, communication with the office to get things done was lacking the first time. They did end up fixing other things pretty fast... handles to the balcony, shower head in the master bath and the drain in the queen bedroom bathroom.

Everything was great about the condo. The only issue was a broken sliding glass door handle and a chirping fire alarm battery. I contacted the house manager but didn’t hear back from her but when we returned, the chirp was gone. Beautiful views. Beautiful layout. Perfect amount of space. Would go again.
