  • De meubels zijn uitstekend, alles gloednieuw, FLAT SCREEN TV, DRAADLOOS INTERNET. JE MOET DIT ZIEN! De keuken is geweldig, alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen - WAT EEN GEWELDIGE VERANDERING! Mis het niet, bekijk de foto's !!!
    Met een balkon op het westen biedt unit 606 het mooiste uitzicht op de zonsondergang van alle appartementen! Je kunt niet winnen van de bezienswaardigheden die je hier te zien krijgt, iedereen in de familie zal verblind zijn door de kleuren die de zon van Florida uitstraalt bij het ondergaan. Ongeacht de tijd van het jaar, u wordt gegarandeerd door minstens één zonsopgang of zonsondergang genomen tijdens uw verblijf in Islander 606. In het noorden is er een prachtig uitzicht op de Intercoastal Waterway, iets dat slechts een bonus is. Met het beddengoed in dit appartement, ben je goed geschikt voor een gezin met een paar tieners die individuele bedden nodig hebben die groter zijn dan stapelbedden. De lay-out van dit appartement is ook een pluspunt voor precies dezelfde situatie, neem een kijkje op de plattegrond. De hoofdslaapkamer leidt naar de woonkamer met zijzicht, terwijl de andere slaapkamer naar de eetkamer leidt. Elke slaapkamer heeft voor het gemak toegang tot de hal. Er is een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger voor een nog huiselijker gevoel van comfort.

Interesting layout

It's a two bedroom (great). Very small kitchen (fine, we're there for the beach not the size of kitchen). Two doors to enter the condo. I was a 2nd door to exit the condo directly opposite from the main entry door. Maybe this two-bedroom use to be two separate one-bedroom units that they knocked out the wall separating them to create a new condo. I don't know anything for sure, just my guess.

Overall review

As far as the condo, it was clean except for the couch. When we pulled the cushions for the pull out bed we noticed the strong smell of urine. Notified Mandy, which I assume was the site manager. We were unable to use the couch during the stay as nothing was done about the smell. She did say they would deep clean, but this was never done. Also the first day, the elevator door jammed and we were stuck for about 10 minutes. There was no answer when pressing the emergency button. My 8yr old daughter was terrified and crying. I did call for help and HOA was notified. It finally started moving again and we were able to get off.

The Brooks and Shorey staff were very easy to work with and very friendly as well. Just a few concerns: The dishwasher was not even put inside the cabinet so when you opened the door to load the dishes it would tilt over. You could see the metal brackets of the dishwasher that were supposed to be used to keep it in place. The bathrooms are very small and the master bathroom is not connected to the master bedroom. The kitchen is small as well. The pictures made the rooms look smaller. It worked fine for my family because we were there for a softball event so we didn't spend much time in the condo. We really enjoyed the beach chair service and having two FREE chairs provided daily. Usually you have to pay for them. Overall, I would recommend the property because of the good location, beach chair, and the nice staff at the desk and the property management company.

Loved my stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Very clean.

Great place it had pretty decent size rooms two full bathrooms. Large living area all very clean. The kitchen was small but we mostly grilled and the grill and picnic tables were super close to the room just rightdownstairs. The walk to the beach was very short and with the complementary umbrella and chairs we didn't have to bring much. The balcony was long but not very wide, but had a great view.. The dryer took awhile to dry the clothes and the elevator was slow but other than that this is an amazing spot. Will definitely recommend.

Nice condo

This was a nice condo for the price. Jessica at the office was great and even let us check in a little early the day we arrived. Pros: I really liked that the beach chair and umbrella was complimentary each day of our stay. I also got a free adult ticket for the Waterpark through the office concierge. Cons for the area: We went the week of July 4th so traffic into Destin and on the strip was awful! Also, we had a 2 hour wait for all the good restaurants so if you go, I sugget you make a reservation or go early, around 4pm. Cons for the room: The dryer did not work at all so we had to dry our stuff on the balcony. Also, the AC worked great for the master bedroom, but my daughter and friends stayed in the other room and they said it was really warm. They didn't have ceiling fans in any of the rooms. The table in the kitchen was nice, but as soon as we sat down, the table leg fell off. Overall, it was a nice stay. The beach and water was beautiful. Also, everyone on the hotel staff was super friendly. It was my daughter's birthday and the woman at the front desk gave her free popcorn. Check in/out process was easy.

Great location / Fun Experience

We enjoyed our stay. We are a family 5 and there was plenty of room for my wife, myself, and our three kids. We were able to cook dinner watch movies and play on the beach all day. Grocery stores and attractions like the Gulfariam are all within 5 min. The closet doors as well as the sliding doors to the balcony all have the tenacity to get off track and could be replaced. Additionally we thought the floors in the unit were could use a good cleaning. Overall I give this place a 4/5 stars and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place was immaculate. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you need. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, which isn’t always the case in this area. The only small complaint is the tv in the main room is old. We like to watch a few shows or a movie as a family. No way. The amount of commercials is ridiculous. There was no way to hook up Netflix or any streaming, that we could see. Seriously, get a new one in there. Cut cable and buy a tv w the savings.

Reviewer Comments: If you are a Karen and want to pick apart every little thing I’d move on, however if you are looking for a nice condo right on the emerald coast costing much less than the neighboring condos this one is for you. It looks exactly like what is pictured with some scratches and bumps. Very clean.Kitchen is very small and stove needs replaced. Would definitely stay again

Amazing Vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was Amazing!!! We were very pleased with the layout of the condo since we needed accommodations for 5 people. Everything was clean, organized, and very easy to get to. Our condo was on the right-corner side of the building but we had 2 huge patio windows that made the view of the beach/ocean breathtaking!!! We were notified regularly by email with updates about the condo and checking in/out process. Definitely a perfect condo!!!
