  • DEZE EENHEID HEEFT EEN ZATERDAG TOT ZATERDAGVEREISTE TIJDENS PIEKSEIZOEN! Dit strandappartement met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is meer dan u kunt vragen! Als je een groot gezin bent, of een groep van 3 koppels, of zelfs een groep personen die herenigt voor een uitje aan de Gulf Coast, is er genoeg COMFORTABELE slaapruimte in 7010.
    Misschien bent u op zoek naar een manier om de schoonouders samen te brengen voor grootouder, maar u hebt ook een appartement nodig dat perfect zou zijn. Er is een kingsize bed in de Gulf front master voor direct uitzicht op het strand elke ochtend. Een kamer heeft een queensize bed en de andere heeft twee grote bedden en elk heeft zijn eigen complete badkamer. Met deze slaapplaatsen zijn er veel verschillende manieren om 8 gasten te slapen.
    Luxe balkonmeubels in PVC-stijl voor ultiem comfort terwijl u geniet van de verheffende bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van de Golf van Mexico. Neem plaats aan de terrastafel met een prachtig uitzicht op het oosten, u kunt genieten van uw drankjes voor volwassenen terwijl u het zwembad in het vizier hebt om eventuele kiddos te bekijken!
    Een grote wasmachine en droger zijn in de wasruimte voor alle vuile kleren die zich ophopen voor 8 gasten. Een speciale bonus voor een condo, je hoeft niet naar huis te gaan met zandige, vochtige zwemkleding en kleding! The beach view was gorgeous! We already knew from a prior review that the sunset view was blocked by the room next to us, so we went down to the beach to see it each night. I was timid to stay on the 7th floor thinking it would be too high, but it was the perfect level to see clear to the ocean, not be able to hear any noise from the pool, and to have complete privacy. The management must have listened to prior reviews as there were plenty of pans and dishes for our family of 5 to have all our meals in the condo each day. Just make sure to bring all condiments and spices as there are none left from prior guests.The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom headboard squeaked just by touching the bed, so I had to put a towel around the connection to the bed to muffle it. The bedding and towels were clean. There were plenty of extra towels in each bathroom which was great. Having two chairs and an umbrella was a great perk of this condo. The people taking care of these were super personable and always made sure we had a place to setup. I did not have many questions during our stay, but the couple questions I had were answered timely and politely.Parking was easy and there was always spaces during our spring break visit. This is a quieter area of the beach as it is almost to the area where it is privately controlled by the Air Force. We spent time on Destin too, but preferred our quiet beach area to the busyness of Destin.We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay few things that needed fixed, mold in bathtub/ shower disgusting.peeling paint on bathroom cabinet door dirty ceilings from furnace filter air ducts. Ceiling fans full of dust . Back door hardly opens unless put body pressure or assist in opening. Porch furniture looks unsafe to even sit on. (PVC from 70’s). Probably the least outfitted rental we’ve stayed at. There weren’t enough dishes or utensils for everyone so we had to use paper and plastic.not even salt& pepper We understand it’s a rental but we wouldn’t be interested in staying @ this place again we had relatives staying in same building on a different floor. What a difference in the 2 condos.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean. Was disappointed with the location. I was led to believe it was close to Summer Place where I had stayed before. I chose that location because of walking distance to several restaurants. It was almost 3 miles down the road. This condo needs some repairs. Master bath cabinets in bad shape. Not very professional as a rental to not fix. Sliding balcony door hard to use. Tracks needed cleaned. All in all not a bad condo. I would not stay there again. Brooks and Shorey misled me on where it was located. Next time I’ll check a map instead of taking their word.

Did not like carpet, which had stains. Drapes in master bedroom very bad stains (mildew) at bottom. Ceiling in 3rd bedroom stained and falling in corner. Bed very uncomfortable in this bdrm. One shower had rusty rod and hangers. Stain on kitchen floor. Shelf missing from freezer so hard to store frozen food. Part of venetian blind missing in 2nd bdrm. Didn't like washer and dryer in bdrm. White bedspreads with stains. Screens on balcony torn. 5 times while there fire alarm went off. Timed duration one time and it lasted 24 minutes. When called desk to ask when elevator would be in service (7th floor and in wheel chair), Escapia desk person said we were not in the unit we had been in for a week. Said she had no record of us. Elevator out all day. Lady at B & S office on Elgin Pkwy. was extremely nice. Appreciate housekeeping. It was very clean. I hope to stay with B & S again but hope for Gulf Dunes where we have stayed 3 or 4 times a year for 20 years. Had reservations there but owner decided she wanted unit for our time frame even though we had reserved in March. Won't try renting her unit again. Love Gulf Dunes and the employees there. Have never had a problem there.

Due to some major updates the other complex was having we had to sadly find a new place. This place did not disappoint us! This place was larger than the initial one. It was located in a quiet spot. Seriously a quiet spot to stay, with all the units and families that were staying here, we rarely heard any other sounds inside of our unit. The view as soon as you walk in was amazing! There’s a large heated pool for the kids to enjoy since the ocean is pretty chilly in March. We loved having a view of the pool so we could see if it was too busy prior to heading down- it never was! The kitchen came with hand towels and hot pads which many times is lacking for a vacation rental. Brooks & Shorey is a very well run company with amazing customer service! We would definitely stay here again! The only request we could think of to make it better was to have a curtain on the guest bedroom (with two beds) window as the light directly outside of it still shown through the blinds. The complementary chairs and sun shade was a wonderful addition! We took advantage of that each day that it was sunny.

Overall the condo was beautiful. Had a few issues inside the condo. It was dusty and the appliances weren't as clean as they should have been. The floors weren't completely clean and the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. I had a few spiders in my bathroom and a bug in my room by the window. The blinds in my room were missing a panel which was a little concerning because my window looked out onto the hallway and I could see people walking by. The balcony was overrun by palmetto bugs and large dragonflies and we couldn't enjoy the balcony like we wanted because of it. However the oceanview was beautiful and the check in and out process was easy

Perfect for our family

Check in very easy, check out even easier. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is necessary in my opinion. Perfect location on gulf, very few steps to beach. Balcony was so great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have nothing but positive things to say about Brooks and Shorey and their ease and professionalism throughout the rental process. Everything was fast, simple, and just as described. This is our 6th year in a row staying at Islander Beach Resort, but our first time in a 3BR. All the other condos we stayed in were up-to-date in decor and appliances. The showers and faucets in this one look like the cheapest ones you can find in Wal-Mart, and the fridge needed some new shelves in there (previously broken I assume). The full size washer and dryer were AMAZING, albeit they are in the bedroom with 2 beds, so disturbing to those staying in there if you need to do laundry early am or late at night. The mirrors on all the walls in the dining room and bedrooms were a bit daunting, but we got used to them after a while--kids had to run into them a few times before they got the idea (ha!). Overall, we would stay in this condo again as the size was perfect for our family and adult children. The one complaint I have about Islander, which was new this year, is that they pick up the umbrellas by the pool at 4pm. At this time, the entire pool area is still covered in sun and doesn't get shady until around 5pm. We asked the guy picking them up why they did that so early and his response was "because that's what time I get off." HOWEVER, there has to be someone still on premises because they promptly started kicking us out of the pool area at 9:50 pm. Not sure why that person can't pick up the 6 or 7 umbrellas they have around the pool area.

Long awaited vacation

There are some small things I could complain about but the good outweighed the bad, the beach was clean & beautiful & the the young beach attendant was amazing , will definitely recommend!

Only complaint we have is the boardwalk to the beach was close and had to use the public one and they did not have a way of washing sand off but other then that we loved it there!
