E34 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a separate bunk room and sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Renovated in July 2026 with fresh paint, new furnishings, and updated coastal décor, the condo features two queen beds, a built-in twin bunk, a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with beautiful Ole River views.



Guests also enjoy access to two outdoor pools, deeded beach access, tennis and pickleball courts, boat facilities, fishing areas, EV charging, walking areas, and shared BBQ spaces.



Please note: E34 is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Guests must be able to navigate three levels of stairs.

Located on the top floor of Building E, this condo offers elevated views over Ole River and a peaceful setting away from the busier high-rise atmosphere found elsewhere along the coast.



Inside, the condo was refreshed in July 2026 with new furnishings, fresh paint, updated décor, and a clean coastal aesthetic. Marble tile flooring runs throughout the main living areas, while large windows and balcony access help bring the waterfront setting into the space.

Guests may also use eligible shared Needle Rush Point amenities, subject to association rules and availability.

Building E is located on the Ole River/north side of the property.

E34 is located on the third and top floor.

Accessibility & Important Stair Disclosure

There is no elevator in Building E.

E34 is located on the third floor, and guests must be able to navigate approximately three levels of exterior stairs to enter and exit the condo.

This property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.



Beach Access

Needle Rush Point offers access to both the river and Gulf sides of Perdido Key.

Guests may enjoy the property's deeded beach access and approximately 700 feet of Gulf-front shoreline.

Because E34 is located in Building E on the north/Ole River side, guests will need to travel across the property to reach the Gulf-side beach access.

Needle Rush Point is located on Perdido Key near the Florida-Alabama state line.

The property is approximately half a mile from the Flora-Bama area, placing guests close to popular dining, nightlife, entertainment, shopping, and Gulf Coast attractions while still providing a more peaceful waterfront setting.

Other Things to Note:

Parking, Vehicle Passes & Boat Registration

Needle Rush Point requires guests to register vehicles and obtain the appropriate parking pass during their stay. If you plan to bring a boat, boat registration is also required. These fees are established by the association and are separate from your vacation-rental reservation.

Daily Parking Pass: $10 per vehicle

Weekly Parking Pass: $50 per vehicle

Please let us know in advance how many vehicles you will be bringing so we can help coordinate the appropriate parking passes for your stay. Vehicles should display the required pass while parked on the property.



🚤 Bringing a Boat?

Needle Rush Point offers boating access, but all boats must be properly registered with the property before use of the boat facilities.

Please keep in mind:

E34 is riverfront, not Gulf-front.

Beach access is located across the property on the Gulf side.

There is no elevator.

Parking passes are required.

Boats must be registered in advance.

Boat slips are first-come, first-served.

Shared amenities are subject to HOA rules, maintenance, weather, and availability.

Association fees and rules may change independently of the rental reservation.
