Geniet van de weelderige natuurlijke omgeving van een van de enorme dekken of kom binnen in een ruime woonkamer met een 70-inch 4K-tv en een Sonos-geluidssysteem. Elke slaapkamer heeft 2 nieuwe zachte eurofoam bedden. Het huis is voorzien van originele kunstwerken en grote ramen zodat u kunt genieten van de prachtige bomen rondom het huis.

Dit unieke huis beschikt over een grote tuin en ontspannend uitzicht op de baai en torenhoge bomen, meer dan 1000 sqft dek, groot scherm TV, grote open woonkamer, originele kunstwerken en een enorme master suite. Geweldige locatie op korte rijafstand van stranden parken en paden. 10 minuten van het historische centrum, bars en restaurants. 10 minuten naar Pensacola Airport 25 minuten naar Pensacola Beach 28 minuten naar NAS 1 uur naar Fort Walton / Destin.

Gunstig gelegen nabij het kruispunt van I-10 & Scenic Highway. We zijn slechts 5 mijl naar de luchthaven, 7 mijl naar het centrum van Pensacola en trouwlocaties, 12 mijl naar het Caribische blauwe water en witte suikerzand van het strand van Pensacola, 1 mijl van het historische schoorsteenpark en paden, 5 mijl naar Bayview park en openbaar bootlancering, 12 mijl naar NAS Naval Station, Aviation Museum, vuurtoren en Blue Angels Headquarters. Je kunt de Angels-oefening een paar dagen per week in de zomermaanden bekijken. Als je ze nog nooit hebt meegemaakt, is het een must om te zien. Het luchtvaartmuseum is ook gratis en is absoluut enorm. Ze hebben meerdere enorme hangers met honderden vliegtuigen tentoongesteld.
Als u wilt vissen of kajakken heeft Chimney Park een strand aan de baai. Pensacola Paddlesports biedt kajak- en SUP-boardverhuur tegen zeer redelijke prijzen van Bayside Park.
Als je vooral voor het strand komt, zorg er dan voor en bekijk het historische centrum van Pensacola voor Palafox Street. Het centrum is erg charmant en is gegaan naar vele iconische bars, restaurants, koffiebars en snoepwinkels. Ze hebben Gallery Night één zaterdagavond per maand waar ze Palafox afsluiten voor autoverkeer en je bewondert of koopt lokaal gemaakt kunstwerk.

Brace yourself

One word sums this place up; MAGICAL. Very spacious for large groups, peaceful, and so beautiful and relaxing. From colorful azalea bushes and huge shade trees to spacious decks/balconies and tables for large groups. Chess and board games are supplied for some family fun. And parks nearby to take the littles to play!! Nearby stores for quick trips to the grocery store, as well as a mall nearby. This house feels centralized to many of the places one would want to visit. Tons of restaurants and beaches to explore. The options are endless. The host/hostess were prompt when responding to messages from me. Friendly, kind and helpful. Beds are super comfy, and the hot water and water pressure were outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay here for the week and hope to stay again this summer.

a quiet area, with Bay views from the front and back yards. Convenient to move about the Pensacola area. Nicely furnished and the host, Shanna, always responded promptly for all requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Huge, perfect place

Communication with Shanna was wonderful. What a kind and considerate person! The house was perfect for our large family. 4 bedrooms/4 baths were a huge bonus. Bedrooms were quiet. Living room was large enough for all to sit comfortably. We had meals outside on the 2 decks. Tables outside can comfortably seat 18 total. Shanna made sure we had enough propane to grill on the nice BBQ. Relaxing to sit outside in such a green, beautiful and quiet backyard. Also enjoyed the front yard swing with a pretty, though distant water view. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to park. Beautiful (and high-end) neighborhood was great for walks in the mornings. We'd definitely stay here again - just hope it's available.

Perfect for our group, we had 8 people staying. Plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back porch as our gathering area at night. Enjoyed a swing on the newly installed bench swing outside. We will book again if available.

Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our Family Reunion and Vacation

We were in Pensacola for a family reunion. The home was located 10 +|- minutes from the main event and shopping centers. The home is absolutely beautifully decorated. I was a little nervous about all the fragile items. I moved a couple items to prevent any accidental breakages. 😉 All of the beds were soooo comfortable, especially the day bed in the living room, all the men were fighting over using it for nap times. Everyone enjoyed the deck, we spent a lot of our free time relaxing outside. A welcome surprise that beach towels and beach equipment were available for our use. We did see a couple of roaches in the kitchen, we found bug spray in the cabinets. And there were no kitchen towels. The family complained about there was only one TV in the entire house and we initially did not have sound for it. Overall it was a great stay, there were 10 of us, the house was so large we were not on top of each other.
