    Op zoek naar het paradijs? Hier is in het El Matador! Moet worden de meest gewilde van de familie vakantie resort aan de Costa Smeralda. Een afgelegen condominium genesteld tussen de prachtige witte zandduinen en de sprankelende smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf van Mexico.

    El Matador is echt een beach resort. Slechts twee mijl van Santa Rosa Blvd op het einde van het eiland vindt u ons - afgelegen, maar nog steeds slechts een paar minuten om alle voorzieningen die Destin en Fort Walton Beach te bieden hebben. Slechts zes mijl van Hwy. 98 kunt u genieten van Destin - "The Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village" - charter een prive-reis of de kinderen op een groep boot en te vangen diner. Terwijl in Destin te genieten van goede restaurants, winkels, en golfen op een aantal van de beste golfbanen in de Panhandle van Florida. Moeilijk te geloven dat je een dag nodig heeft af van het strand, maar als je met het hele gezin naar Big Kahunas Water Park in het centrum van het oude Destin. Veel meer dan alleen een waterpark ... het is een dag vol plezier!

    Terug bij de El Matador genieten van het grote gras gebieden tussen onze gebouwen precies goed voor familie plezier en spelletjes. Met twee zwembaden, zijn en haar whirlpool en sauna's precies goed voor uw vermoeide spieren na een partijtje tennis op een van onze rechtbanken, of in ons fitnesscentrum. Wij zijn gevestigd aan het einde van Okaloosa Island een kleine barrière eiland tussen Fort Walton Beach en Destin. Dit gated community met dertien mijl van ongerepte stranden naar het westen is zeker om u verlangen om terug te keren te hebben.

Great spot for a Guys Trip!

The beach was great. Having a condo on the first floor made it super easy to get to the beach access. Condo was clean and perfect size for us.

The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms clean. A short walk to the beach and pool. We had a small issue with the lock on the door, but maintenance was there in less than 20 minutes and fixed the issue. The laundry room was close by and very clean. We hope to return in the near future.

Responsive management but unable to leave positive review.

Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a more positive review.I booked this rental for 6 people after confirming with management in advance that the unit included a sofa bed and could comfortably sleep 6. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the unit only sleeps 5. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed and a twin. The sofa in the living room is not a pull-out, despite being told otherwise. I contacted management immediately, and while they did respond and brought an inflatable sofa bed the next day, this was not the setup I was led to expect.Additionally, the air conditioning was not working upon arrival. Management was responsive and had someone come out the next day in the late afternoon to fix it.While I appreciate that management was reachable and did respond to concerns, the inaccuracies in the listing and the delayed resolution of the issues affected our stay. For these reasons, I’m unable to give a more favorable review.

We had to push close to not have such a big gap but still some gap after pushing shut. The sliding glass door is old and lock kept falling off. Bed was very very firm but not for us. Condo was in a good location for the walk to the beach and parking lot. Dead roaches on floor in second bedroom but that is expected since unit is on ground floor. Condo was clean other than that. I feel like if you’re paying a lot of money for a unit it should be updated to some point.

We waited until late to decide on this trip and were happy to see that this unit was available as we have stayed here for numerous years and like the location.The drive down was quite soggy with the remnants of Hurricane Delta, but things cleared when we reached FWB and there was a tremendous sunset that so many of us got to enjoy... along with a nice beach wedding!This unit is well-kept and very clean, but is showing its age... especially in the decorating scheme and some fixtures. The owner would be wise to consider some updates, but again, that would all be cosmetic as the 'bones' are great and the El Matador is well managed and the facility is maintained nicely.I appreciate the assistance of Sher and the crew at Alicia Hollis, Realtor. I required their additional assistance with delivery of a package while we were on vacation and their professionalism was really appreciated!Great week at the beach!
