Geweldig strand unit voor uw vakantie! De PELICAN ISLE woning heeft veel te bieden, maar wacht maar tot je dit appartement ziet! Grote woonkamer meubels, flatscreen-tv's in alle kamers, inclusief de stapelbedden! Geweldig decor, mooi kleurenschema en vooral - WAT EEN UITZICHT! 2 badkamers in dit appartement met 1 slaapkamer voor maximaal 6 personen. Volledige keuken, wasmachine en droger in de eenheid .. Zwembad aan het strand, hot tub aan het strand, trainingsruimte, barbecueroosters en vergeet niet om de voorzieningen te bekijken die wij aanbieden! Alles in Pelican Isle 406 is onlangs geüpgraded, dus je weet wanneer je dit mooie appartement met een slaapkamer voor je gezin huurt dat je niet verrast zult zijn als je net zo mooi bent als de foto's en het uitzicht zelfs beter zijn dan de foto's - dit vijfde niveau zicht is ononderbroken op zo'n manier dat je letterlijk niets tussen jou en de prachtige Golf van Mexico hebt.
U zult genieten van PI 406 zodra u binnenkomt. De recente verf geldt overal waardoor dit gezellige appartement aan de kust de perfecte schuilplaats voor het strand is. Bijgewerkte meubels in de slaapkamer en het meest recent eind 2017, GLOEDNIEUWE OP MAAT GEMAAKTE stapelbedden in de gang voor de kleintjes. Nu heeft deze slaapkamer voldoende opbergruimte in tegenstelling tot vergelijkbare units. Opbergvakken / planken zijn nu te vinden aan het ene uiteinde van de stapelbedden en onder het onderste bed - voldoende ruimte om de spullen van de kinderen voor de week op te bergen !! NIET ALLEEN heeft PI 406 deze aangepaste nieuwe opslagruimte in de stapelbedden, maar het heeft ook op maat geïnstalleerde FLAT-SCREEN TV'S in elk stapelbed, zodat de kleintjes zelf vroege ochtenden / late avonden kunnen vermaken terwijl de volwassenen genieten van drank- en ontspanningstijden. Deze tv's zijn NIET normaal te zien in appartementen, deze eigenaar had deze in dit apparaat geïnstalleerd als een bonus voor het huren van een mooie 406 !! Dit is een leuk voordeel dat je niet overal zult vinden.
Een volledige tweede badkamer ligt vlak bij de stapelbedden in de gang waar een full-size douche en aangepaste ijdelheid wachten op alle gasten / stapelbed slapers. De wasmachine / droger zijn gunstig in de gang voor al uw wasbehoeften en dan zijn de keuken, eetkamer en woonkamers allemaal aan de GULF (zuid) einde van het apparaat voor een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de prachtige Emerald Coast. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle bestek, kookgerei, bestek, apparaten en potten / pannen die nodig zijn voor alle elementaire kookbehoeften.

And we always enjoy our stay at the Pelican Isle property. Our unit was clean. The kitchen was equipped (we enjoy cooking and not dining out every night). The beach service is excellent. We especially like Pelican Isle because you can choose your when you want to stay. It doesn’t have to be Saturday to Saturday like most resorts. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday.

Loved our balcony! We were very pleased overall. We also love the condo’s location on the Okaloosa beach. It’s farther from the pier (almost to the closed military section), and so always seems less crowded than other parts of the beach.!If you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, make sure you bring any special kitchen items you need from home, as the kitchen wasn’t super stocked. It worked just fine for us, though, as we ate most of our meals at our favorite seafood places! Yum!

Great View.....Except of the Bugs on the floor

The property had a beautiful view of the beach, and chairs on the balcony. It also had....cockroaches. My husband and I walked in and immediately noticed dust piled high on the washing machines (which also seemed to have mold in them), mold in the shower, soap scum, dishes that were spotty and had an odor to them, and EVERY night we were visited by cockroaches running through the kitchen and bathroom. The first night we pulled the comforter back to reveal stained white sheets as well. Contacted the company, telling them of the cockroaches as well. They offered to send a cleaning crew, but at that point, we had already gone to the TomThumb down the road and bought a bottle of bleach cleaner (along with refusing to use the washing machine or silverware), and clearly, a cleaning crew is not going to help their bug issue (which was ironically ignored and not addressed). They did drop off new sheets. Don't waste the money. Stay at a hotel with guaranteed cleanliness and that you won't be leaving with an extra guest in your bag.

A piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is a beautiful unit with all the amenities you could need. Very homey and feels safe too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t like that the outlets are controlled by light switches. We were unaware until last day which was too late. The kitchen lacks a few things number one is a pizza cutter. Bowls with lids for cooking.

Wonderful Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we expected and then some. Loved the condo and the view. The location is great. Would stay again. Thank you for having soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. The trash shoot and luggage cart were very handy. Could use a stock pot for making soup or pasta. Maybe some new knives

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time while at Pelican Isle. We have stayed in other Brooks and Shorey properties and enjoyed them. We had never stayed in this condo unit and were a little hesitant but it was a wonderful experience.
