Prachtige 3BD / 3BA Gulf Front Condo in mooie ontwikkeling!

Spanish Key is een van de mooiste golfontwikkelingen in het gebied. De flat ontwikkeling ligt langs 500 'van suiker witte golf stranden die leiden tot glinsterende turquoise golf wateren!

In unit 308 vindt u prachtige meubels en alle items die u nodig heeft voor de perfecte strandvakantie! De keuken is gevuld en klaar voor u om de perfecte maaltijd te bereiden! Of u zult genieten van het gemak van meerdere leuke en heerlijke restaurants op loopafstand (FloraBama Yacht Club, Waffle House)!

De meubels in de woonkamer zijn comfortabel en kijken uit over het prachtige golfwater! Een grote HDTV is te vinden in de woonkamer.

De master suite is golf front en heeft toegang tot het golf voordek. Het mastbad is zeer groot en luxueus met een dubbele wastafel, inloopkast, inloopdouche en bubbelbad!

De kamers hebben elk toegang tot een badkamer. U vindt een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer in kamer 1 en twee dubbele bedden in kamer 3 met toegang tot een bad net buiten de slaapkamerdeur.

De voorzieningen bij Spanish Key zijn geweldig! Geniet van het enorme zwembad en het zonneterras; bubbelbad; grillen gebied; prachtig binnenzwembad; zeer goed uitgerust fitnesscentrum; en aan de overkant van de straat heb je varen en vissen op de toegang tot de baai via de private dock van Spanish Key!

Annual Ladies Trip

This was our third time staying at the property and we love it here !!! The young man workinnn he the beach was the absolute best and so helpful for us older ladies . Angel was the security guard and was super sweet and helpful !!! We will be back again !

April getaway

The double bedroom seemed to lacking attention. Beds were very firm. The other two bedrooms were comfortable. Dressers did not have handles and if closed could not reopen them. The photos of the rental did not march the unit. Amenities like paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and trash bags should be provided. Overall the location and property was enjoyable and we would recommend this to others. Beach towels and lawn chairs would be a recommended addition. We bought and left chairs.

Great location, great property

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, they look really nice and the bathrooms are great. Everything was functioning properly. The property managers were great about communication. I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

A little pricey

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!! This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed. The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.

Perdido Key - Spanish Key

While parking was an issue for 1 day, it was 4th of July weekend, the condo was really perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Perdido Key continues to be one of the most beautiful big sand beaches with clear water in the U.S. while also being one of the most quiet and calm villages along the Gulf. Only wish I could have permanent moved in.

Convenient, clean, comfy

This was a pretty good condo. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The couch and master bed were comfy, the master bed sheets were great. The pillows were all very firm so take your own if you like soft ones. The balcony is small for 6 people but doable. The bar and ice machine were really great.

Great experience

The condo was very clean, well decorated and equipped. The beds were comfy and master bath was great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sun peak around the building. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided clear directions and expectations. I would highly recommend this property.
