The Space:

Inside, the cozy living room features oversized plush couches and a large Roku-enabled flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy in the adjoining eat-in dining area. A laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The sleeping arrangements include:
*Primary Suite: King-size bed, twin bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and walk-in closet
*Second Bedroom: Two sets of twin bunk beds—ideal for kids
*Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed. A second full bathroom ensures comfort and privacy for all guests.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard oasis. The covered patio is perfect for lounging or dining al fresco, and the fully fenced yard features:

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving or depending on where you want to go even walking, but Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Please note: Some of the flooring in this home shows signs of wear and cosmetic damage. While it is fully safe and functional for guest use, it does not reflect the full condition we would like. We are actively gathering quotes for replacement or repair, and hope to upgrade it soon. In the meantime, we maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and the rest of the home is in excellent condition for your stay.
