Beach towels and a rolling cooler are stocked and ready for beach days. The screened sunroom is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon shade, or winding down after a long day. The fire pit and outdoor seating are set up for evening s'mores and long conversations.

THE GATHERING SPACE
Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for everyone to be together. The electric wall fireplace and oversized TV anchor a cozy living room with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked — full coffee bar, open seating, everything you need for meals in.

THE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a rain shower head. Two additional bedrooms give everyone their own space to retreat. There are comfy couches and extra throws throughout for slow, easy mornings.

THE LOCATION
You are in a quiet, peaceful subdivision — nothing like being right on the beach, which is exactly the point. When you want the sugar white sand, Pensacola Beach is about 21 miles away — an easy day trip. Downtown Pensacola restaurants, shops, and events are a short drive. You return home each evening to your own private oasis, away from the noise.
