  • Een elegant strand-unit met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf met de master bedroom aan het strand met de toegang tot het strand balkon. Een andere ingang is vanuit de woonkamer aan het strand. De vloer ziet er absoluut prachtig uit! De keuken is een DROOM KOMT WAAR - roestvrijstalen apparaten, kwarts aanrechtbladen, groot eiland, veel kasten. De logeerkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en toegang tot het balkon. Het balkonmeubilair is van hoge kwaliteit, van goede kwaliteit en zit hoog genoeg, zodat u niet door de reling hoeft te gluren om te genieten van het geweldige uitzicht.


    Deze stijlvolle unit op de eerste verdieping van de Summerlin biedt een verhoogd uitzicht op alle actie op het strand. Zie het allemaal vanuit balkonramen in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer. Functies in deze unit zijn onder andere een volledige keuken, een groot eiland teller, full-size wasmachine en droger, en grote wand-grootte spiegels. De twee slaapkamers en een slaapbank zijn geschikt voor maximaal zes gasten. Deze eenheid heeft ook aangewezen garage overdekte parkeerplaats.

Nice, Clean Property.

This was a very nice, clean property we stayed at for a baseball tournament for my grandson. It was very convenient, close to a store and restaurants, and had very easy access to your car and parking. Nice, quiet place.

Great vacation!

We loved everything about this condo… the view, location was easy access to the beach, the pool, golfing, dining, and other entertainment in the area. Condo was very clean. Loved the app that was sent to us that gave us all of the information needed from getting our parking pass to checking in as well as recommendations for local restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this condo and location.
