Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers aan het strand bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping van het prachtige Summerlin-complex! Als u op zoek bent naar een relaxed en kleiner complex weg van de drukke wegen en drukke stranden, dan is deze plek de juiste voor u! Geweldige open plattegrond, het prachtige uitzicht zal je begroeten zodra je binnenkomt. Hoofdslaapkamer op het strand met toegang tot het strandbalkon! Keuken heeft een groot eiland waar iedereen van houdt en maaltijden bereiden is een makkie. Het uitzicht vanaf de 3e verdieping is gewoon ongelooflijk. Mijlen en kilometers suikerwit zand en smaragdgroen water - de perfecte strandtherapie! Maart - oktober is het stranddienstseizoen! Het appartement wordt geleverd met 2 stoelen en 1 parasol op het strand voor u elke dag van uw verblijf - GRATIS!


Deze ruimte heeft veel van dezelfde functies als onze andere Summerlin-units, waaronder een volledige keuken, een lange eilandteller, full-size wasmachine en droger, en een woonkamer-naar-slaapkamer balkon. De woonkamer en beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking, terwijl de rest van de unit is betegeld. Dit is echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven voor een goede tijd op het strand.

Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Fabulous 5 Days in 303

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! The views were picture perfect! I fell asleep on my balcony several nights, sitting there listening to waves. We originally booked for 4 nights, but were thankful it was available an extra night, so stayed 5! We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again & again! The check in process is quick & convenient. Check out is the same. We loved the door code instead of keys, too! The mattress in the master could be replaced, but I was too busy sleeping listening to the waves to mind much. The place smelled SO clean upon checking in! EXCELLENT cleaning service! I suggest a bigger tv in the kid’s room, but our son loved the couch & tv in the living room, so it was wasn’t a problem for us. Overall I have no complaints, only 2 minor suggestions. We will be back 303! Thanks for the amazing 5 nights!

Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.
