Met de slaapkamer en woonkamer op het strand kant, en een extra muur van ramen als gevolg van het zijn een hoekopstelling - U kunt niet verkeerd gaan! Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers beschikt over 2 kingsize bedden - een in elke slaapkamer en een queen size slaapbank in de woonkamer. De master bedroom is aan het strand met toegang tot de master bad en het strand balkon. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een king size bed ook! Iedereen houdt van de verbazingwekkende keukens van de SUMMERLIN met een eiland. Veel teller ruimte en kasten, alle belangrijke apparaten en keukengerei maken de voorbereiding van de perfecte maaltijd gemakkelijk! Wasmachine en droger in het appartement voor uw gemak. Deze hoek unit heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf en de prachtige, goed ingerichte interieur. Uitgerust met alles voor een romantisch uitje of een familie bij elkaar te krijgen. Slaapkamer glazen schuifdeuren openen naar grote golf front balkon. King Size bed met flatscreen-tv en een dvd-in kast. Aangrenzende eigen complete badkamer en walk in closet. Voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen. Logeerkamer fungeert als een tweede Master Suite met kingsize bed en toegang tot de tweede grote badkamer. Flatscreen-tv in de slaapkamer en dus de kinderen kunnen een film voor het slapen gaan kijken. Plantage stijl luiken stellen het eiland sfeer in dit logeerkamer. Great Stay and location

We love Okaloosa Island. I cannot say how nice it is to be able to walk out onto the beach without a long wait on the elevator like you would have at a high rise building. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to take the stairs Although the elevator was always available, I prefer the exercise. The beach was not crowded and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were super nice. The only reason there was a 4 on cleanliness was one of the baths was slightly overlooked so really I would give 4.7. The booking agency offered to come clean it but we were already unpacked and ready to start our vacation. The agency was great with any questions or needs and I felt comfortable letting them know if there was any issue that may need to be addressed. The unit was nicely updated and perfectly tucked into a corner and quiet. I never heard any of the other guests in the other units which made for a very relaxing trip. The balcony was enjoyable to sit on and watch the sun rises and sunsets and the daily beach adventures. I would definitely like to rent this unit again.

Great October Stay

We really liked this condo. We stayed in the same building (Summerlin) earlier this year and loved the location. We usually stay in Miramar Beach, but really enjoy the direct access to the beach. Beach chair/umbrella service is a plus too. Not many units in this building so it’s really not crowded either. Our late October stay had perfect weather. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in Summerlin many times. We enjoy the smaller condo building...We were disappointed that our beach service was only for the month of October. When I made the reservation I specifically ask if beach service was for our entire stay and was told yes. With that in mind, we did not bring our own chairs and umbrella..Condo's next to us had beach service for the entire month of October and into November....We were extremely disappointed with not having beach service and had to go and purchase chairs and umbrella.....we both suffer from skin cancer and an umbrella was essential...Also I reported to the HOA person who came with the man who did the inspection for extermination of bugs, that the side railing on the balcony was loose, just one screw holding it in place, and that screw could be pulled out with your fingers....If a large person or child were to lean heavily onto that railing it could have been a disaster...It was not fixed while we were there. He said he would report it... After returning home, I did call to make sure someone had gotten the message about it.. the lady said she wasnt sure and would have it checked out...Other than that we had a perfect weather week!

The condo was beautiful But.....

The property was just as pictured. Would love to stay again. But it was the worst vacation we have ever had! You see my mother in law fell before we got to Destin. She had to be taken to ER nothing broken but in much pain. She got worse and ended up unresponsive on Tues and rushed to hospital where she later coded and passed away. We had to cut vacation short to get home and her home to plan a funeral. The condo was prefect for us. We would rent again We just did not get to finish out our week.

This condo was in an excellent location. Condo was clean and check in process was easy. We have stayed in several condos in this area and this one was at the top of the list. This condo would’ve been perfect if it was better stocked with “first day” supplies. The description of the condo does specifically say bring those things though, so I can’t complain. Overall, great stay! We enjoyed it!

Perfect!

Of all the Florida condos I've stayed in, this one's my favorite. It's off the busy beaten path, and the beach was less crowded than other areas.The third floor provides a great view but quick stair access to the beach. It's a smaller overall building, so the garage and parking lot is easy to maneuver. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire condo was spotless. I'd stay there again if I'm ever in the area!

Top Notch In Every Way

The rental looks exactly like the pictures. The beds and furniture were comfortable and up to date. The shower in the master bedroom was bright, beautiful and roomy. I need to figure out a way to get one like it installed at my house. We all loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, dolphins and the stars at night. I emailed and called the rental office a couple of times and they were more than helpful and quick in their response time. P.S. - I wanted to give Summerlin 305 one star in the hopes that I could keep it to myself!

As Beautiful as the Pictures

We have stayed on Okaloosa numerous times, and this has definitely been one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It is furnished beautifully, has lots of balcony seating, plenty of kitchen necessities, and is a smaller unit, so it didn’t feel crowded at all. The beach service was very nice, as well as the options to do free activities.
