The complex features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious deck and an impressive grilling area. Just beyond the pool lies a peaceful sandy beach with calm, shallow water—perfect for wading, fishing, or simply relaxing. To the east, you'll spot the Pass leading out to the open Gulf, and beyond that, the iconic white sandbar near NAS Pensacola.

Inside, the condo is just as inviting. Public boat ramps are available at Galvez Landing or Big Lagoon State Park—only three minutes away.
