This lake-facing, secod-floor condo offers a modern, fully equipped vacation suite with uninterrupted views—an ideal retreat on the shores of Okanagan Lake.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, generous walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with cultured marble countertops, double sinks, a glass-enclosed rain and wand shower, and modern fixtures. The layout provides luxurious privacy and comfort, perfect for unwinding after a day of Okanagan adventures.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a large closet and easy access to the condo`s main bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed with its own ensuite featuring high-end fixtures and a shower. The flex space provides an easily convertible fourth sleeping area with a double-size sofa bed. If more sleeping choices are required, there are also 2 sleeper chairs adjacent to the flex space that can fold out into comfortable single beds suitable for children.

At the heart of the suite is a stylish, open-concept kitchen and dining area, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, island seating, and a wine fridge—perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Parking
The condo includes one reserved parking space in the building’s gated private lot, which also offers EV charging. Two additional guest parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If needed, extra parking can be found on nearby streets or in designated parking facilities.

Beach Access
While no buildings along this stretch can be built directly on the beach, our condo sits just across the street from Okanagan Lake—offering the closest possible access to the water and breathtaking, unobstructed views.
