'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It was close to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. '

'The check in clerk was great. It seemed the ac did not work on the third floor. It was like an oven in the hallway. I did not complain as we were only staying one night. Location was perfect for our needs. '

'Beautiful home and location, can't complement it enough. Spacious, well furnished rooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Home was better equipped than most with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Made lemonade often with the fresh citrus in the backyard! Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive. Location walking distance from the Peoria's Rio Vista Rec Center, restaurants, and hiking at the Thunderbird Conservation Park. Will be back!'
