Raindrop Condo - Private Deck Near Beach

Raindrop Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation condo just a block up from Lake Pepin. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the jacuzzi tub or an afternoon out on the large private deck. The bedrooms offer 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and are dark, restful spaces. The condo is comfortable, modern and relaxing after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.

In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.

Raindrop Condo is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations. Raindrop itself is connected to an adjacent 4-bedroom luxury condo, Breeze Condo, which is also listed and available, so please send us a note if you are interested in larger accommodations as well. Airbeds available with small fee.
