After a day of adventure, melt into the warm embrace of the hot tub overlooking the water or unwind in the rustic barrel sauna.
When the weather keeps you indoors, the game room is the perfect place to gather. Enjoy games, movies on the large smart TV, or classic board games for a cozy family night in.
Retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, each intentionally designed to offer rest and rejuvenation. Every room features a Smart TV, quality bedding, and plenty of storage. With four full bathrooms, your group will enjoy privacy and convenience throughout your stay. One of the main-floor bathrooms includes a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub and double sinks, creating a spa-like experience after a long day on the lake.
At Avari’s Crossing, every detail is crafted to elevate your stay and help you create lifelong memories—whether you’re planning a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.
📋 Important Compliance & Requirements
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include:
• Signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• Security hold of $1,250 (not a traditional deposit; only a pending authorization)
As an optional alternative to the security hold, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
• $65 for stays up to 10 nights
• $5/day for stays longer than 10 nights

We use a simple and secure platform called Happy Guest. There is no app to download, no account to create. It also provides a personalized guest portal with home information and our favorite local recommendations.
Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will result in the reservation being canceled without refund if not received 24 hours before arrival.
