I really liked that they had a station where a designated hotel staff person would cook made to order individual omelets in addition to all of the other self serve stations. My teenage son really liked that and since he is growing would often request a second omelette. 'They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was...

'Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Complimentary valet parking, two ressurants and coffeebar. Clean room with all the right things you need for comfort! Would stay here again!'
