For those who enjoy the winter, several miles of snowmobile trails, ice fishing, skating, downhill and cross country skiing are within the immediate area. Access to the lake in the winter is out the front door. The flat lot provides ease for fishermen hauling ice houses, snowmobile riders and ice skaters.
Our house has two spacious bedrooms, each with private bathrooms with showers.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two queen beds along with generous closet space and private bathroom.
The upstairs living room has enough space for an air mattress for an extra sleeping area, a couch and a smart tv.
The main floor has a full kitchen which includes everything needed to prepare meals, keep your beverages cold and watch a movie. Also included: washer/dryer, 1/2 bathroom on main floor, outdoor shower, beach towels, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, floaties, outdoor patio, grilling area, docking space for boat(s).
Pontoon is available for rent upon availability.
The rental home is attached to owner's main house which is separated by an indoor patio.
