Custom Estate Met Million Dollar City licht en uitzicht over het meer

Aangepast landgoed met meer dan 3700 vierkante meter en een adembenemend uitzicht op het meer Mathews en 280 graden uitzicht op de stadslichten. Prive-ontsnapping weg van de drukte van Zuid-Californië, maar dicht genoeg bij alle attracties. 40 minuten naar Disneyland, 1 uur naar Los Angeles, 1 uur naar San Diego. 30m tot wijnproeven in Temecula. 1 uur naar het strand.

Een snelle 8 mijl reis langs de canyon en je zult merken Dos Lagos, die meer dan 20 restaurants en lounges met wijnproeverij, steak huizen, winkels en alles daar tussenin omvat.

Er werd zojuist een grote omheinde hondenren van 1500 m² toegevoegd, inclusief een grote hondenstal. Voel je niet slecht over uw huisdieren het verlaten van hier de hele dag terwijl u geniet van de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden.

Dit prachtige, aangepaste huis in de Prestigious Lake Mathews Estates is in 2014 bijgewerkt. Dit huis beschikt over een lange kronkelende oprijlaan met meer dan 40 palmbomen die leidt naar de hoofdingang van het huis, omgeven door een weelderig landschap en verschillende waterpartijen. Palmbomen lijn de woning samen met een lindeboom, avocado boom, rozenstruiken, madeliefjes en nog veel meer. Formele woonkamer met marmeren surround open haard en aangepaste houten mantel. Formele eetkamer met houten vloeren stijl, douane kroonlijst en openslaande deuren naar de patio. Keuken heeft veel esdoorn kasten, bull-nosed graniet, in het midden eiland met Jenn-Air elektrische kookplaat en grill plus een ingebouwde wijnkoeler. De woonkamer is voorzien van een prachtige rots open haard en ook geconfronteerd met het uitzicht. Er is een beneden slaapkamer en een badkamer beneden die volledig is gerenoveerd met graniet, nieuwe, moderne douche, enz. Er is een bureau in de kamer met 2 extra brede ramen. Ga de wenteltrap op naar het beste uitzicht in huis - een volledige bar en pooltafel. Vaststelling van de hal is nog een slaapkamer, dat is de grootte van de meester .. Tegenover de slaapkamer is een gastenbadkamer die is voltooid gerenoveerd met granieten toonbanken en vernieuwde douches. Alle slaapkamers hebben spiegeldeuren met spiegels en zijn van grote afmetingen. Master suite / badkamer is volledig gerenoveerd met Emperador marmer overal en granieten toonbanken. Het slaapgedeelte van de master bedroom is verheven tot die prachtig uitzicht te genieten bij het leggen in bed. De master heeft ook een grote walk in closet met veel ruimte voor zelfs de grootste kasten. De kapitein en de bar op de bovenverdieping leiden naar een enorm terras met 280 graden vrij uitzicht op Lake Mathews en de omliggende stadslichten.
'S Nachts wordt het hele pand verlicht met zonnelampen, waardoor het pand wordt omgetoverd tot een avond entertainers genot.

This home is truly one of a kind. Also, don't get me started on the view! The rooms at this property were clean, spacious, cozy, and well equipt with toiletries/blankets/towels. The backyard was gorgeous, especially at night, and had many areas to kick back and enjoy your time outdoors. The games were my favorite, there was always something to keep you entertained. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, but the bathrooms unfortunately weren't. We weren't given much toilet paper in any of the restrooms so I would advise you bring your own if you plan on having a lot of guests like I did. I saw reviews saying that the interior is dated and certain parts of the house needed fixing. I personally liked the older feel of the home, and the only parts that needed fixing were some switches and outlets which weren't an issue to us at all. The only things I would warn about before booking is that cell service and wi-fi were not the best because the property is up on a hill. Also, the drive up to the place was a little crazy and the area is pitch black at night so it could make driving there a challenge. The host of this property was amazing and easy to work with from the start. Kudos to him for being the only host that allowed the number of guests I had. Richard did a great job at being responsive and was more than generous with early check-in/late check-out. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I will definitely be back. Thank you Richard for sharing your place with us!

The check in / check out was smooth. Our host (Richard) was very responsive to our requests and made us feel at home. The property was excellent, the view incredible, and a perfect location for the activities we had planned. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning an annual visit :)

Family get together.

Upon arriving at the property, The view will take your breath away. The online pictures does not do it justice. You are paying for the view. The house is large, But could use a handyman to address very small items that housekeeping does not address, All and all I would stay again. Again all items we had issues with were small and did not deter us from having a great time. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy the million dollar view.

Great Views, Dated Interior

The views from the property of Lake Matthews and the Inland Empire were outstanding. The grounds were well-maintained. While the interior appears nice and is clean, there were numerous detail issues including non-functional electrical outlets, lamps that did not work (including broken light bulbs), several door handles that fell-off and a sliding door that will not lock. There is a second floor bannister that is dangerously loose and a second floor thermostat that does not control the heater appropriately. Also, the WiFi instructions were incorrect, leaving only an unsecured network available. As a result we ended-up getting our accounts hacked. Overall, the home is nice and the views are breathtaking, but the interior definitely requires some maintenance and updating.

This property was perfect for our family of 12. The house was so amazing with space and scenery. It was very relaxing and a perfect weekend for spending time together. Beautiful views in a quiet, cozy, playful, paradise

Our family and friends gathered here for a small reunion. Lots of room and all the amenities needed to relax and play games near the fire inside and outside. Location to stores, restaurants, and movie theaters were very convenient. Roads uphill were not good for my corvette but perfect for our 4x4 vehicles. Amazing sunsets and city views at night and cozy mornings with coffee near the fire were my favorite. Zen paradise. Considering making a return in the summer if available. Don’t pass this one up if you have a large group. I was able to wash my clothes before I left in the upstairs laundry room before packing up. Love love love!!!

AMAZING PLACE

The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We used the house for base camp for my wedding and it was perfect. Driveway is crazy steep but being on top of the hill is worth every bit!

What a view!

Let's start with driveway, Wow. It is wild right from the start. We called for an Uber, the driver would not come up the driveway, we had to walk down to meet her. Yeah, Wow. I thought it was cool. You are up on top of hill/mountain. The house is super nice; however, the view over Lake Mathew is even better! At night is real cool with all the lights from the city in the distance. Lotsa games to play. Plenty of room. We had a very good experience. It was my wife and I, my oldest girl and her husband with 2 minature australian sheperds, and my youngest daughter. My son in law called the owner for a couple things, and he was there shortly after with what he requested. My only complaint would be that 3 of us showed up two days late and I wish I coulda stayed for all four days!

Incredible stay, spectacular views, lots of room

The check-in and check-out process for this property was incredibly easy. This house has even more room than I expected, and the sleeping options are all very comfortable. The things that WOWED us the most: - Great selection of yard games - Relaxing atmosphere with the yard furniture and fire pits - Breath taking view - Cleanliness - Kitchen Utensils A team of us traveling for sports stayed at the property, it was a great place to unwind after a busy day, cook our food, and have fun competitions of corn hole!

Wonderful stay!

Stayed with my family, sister and kids. The kids ranged from 8-19. Pool tables were a big hit! Rich was a kind host with a great response time for my silly questions :-). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a lot of space, a lot of things for everyone to do. Had a lovely time.

Awesome Location, Nice Property

I personally did enjoy a lot, very nice property with spectacular view of the lake Matthew. We were 4 families and our objectives was to stay inside due to pandemic and hot weather, and we did succeed achieving our goals. Property has billiards, cornhole, table tennis, board games and all the games that you name it. It has little extra space to play outdoor games such as Cricket, soccer but you need to be careful since the property is at the top. Owner is very nice and responsive to your queries. Lot of fire pits, big BBQ and calm, peaceful location, well ventilated & secure. Had it have swimming pool, it would have been icing on the cake. But overall nice property and location

Excellent place!!

This is a gorgeous home with lots of family entertainment! My kids loved the game rooms, hammocks, and playing in the yard! The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset! Everything was very neat and clean as this home is very well cared for. Me and my family can’t wait to come back and visit!

Girls weekend for LAX tourney

It was the perfect retreat after our lacrosse games. Much more luxurious than area hotels. We ate dinner outside and watched the sunset over the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. Very quiet and private and nice and cool air conditioning. Thank you for accommodating our need to come back and shower too after our last game!

Fantastic place to celebrate a birthday party.

We stayed there to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. We had a blast! The home has so many places to hang out and tons of activities to do. The view is incredible! We spent 70% of out time outdoors. The pool room/bar area was perfect for our karaoke time at night. That room had a tv hanging on the wall and it allowed us to connect our karaoke speaker and have fun. Home does have plenty of kitchen pans/tools and containers which are needed if you like to cook. The home layout is fantastic, the 3 bedrooms offers privacy to 3 couples and there are plenty of twin beds available. The communication with the owner was great! Richard was very responsive to answer questions and actually allow us to do an early check-in which was very much appropriated. Thank you Richard!

Reviews on this property are legit - house is wonderful with almost everything you will possibly need. Owner is -hands down- very responsive and an awesome host as well. My family and I truly enjoyed the stay. It’s nice to be able to relax and just be a few minutes away from the city!

Hello I recently used this property to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The experience was wonderful in every respect. The property itself presented my extended family with a very warm and comfortable stay. We were provided with all of the amenities both small and large that helped make our stay a true pleasure. The view was great. Working with Richard, the property owner was very professional with everything taken care of. I pricing was very cost effective. I could not have provided the same experience at a hotel. All said, I would recommend this property without reservation to anyone needing a family vacation location in the Riverside County area.
